Hello and welcome to HRB Small Engine I am sole owner and worker here and sometimes my friends stop buy to help me out. My work load gets out of control in the spring and summer months so patience is greatly needed during these times. As a small shop I cant afford to hire more help in order to keep prices down, but I will give you an honest repair and try to keep prices down! So I drop my mower off, they tell me a week. Calls to them after a week go unanswered. Two weeks later, we get a call that it’s done. That aside, the work and prices were great. I would recommend them as long as you’re in no hurry.

HRB is Second to none. Quality work at an affordable price. HRB works on my chain saws, weed wackers, and all three of my mowers including my tractor mower deck. I really apprieciate HRB Quality everytime I start one of my machines on the first crank. Thanks, HRB

Quoted a one-week fix.
Took F O R E V E R to get our lawnmower back (four weeks).
Had to keep calling to see if it was fixed, then they never called us when it was.
Added a star because they only charged a pittance
Sorry, but will look elsewhere next time we need small engine maintenance.

When I called about bringing my Honda mower in, they told me it could be up to 3 weeks, but they got it done in 3 days.
They also quoted a minimum of $ 35 but charged me less than half that — they said it was simple (cleaned the carbeuretor and added oil).
And they steam-cleaned it!
I suspect they gave me a special deal to garner good will with a first-time customer. Well it worked — I will definitely be bringing any future mower repairs to them.
