I’m sitting in the waiting room to get my DOT examination and I’ve been here for over an hour. I showed up at 1400 to fill out paperwork. By 1430 I was getting preliminary screenings and at 1500 I was stuck into a waiting room, told to put on some ‘man jammies’ and have been waiting ever since. I’ve planned a workout, completed two workouts, dusted the whole office, meditated, texted a million people and filed all my clothes with military precision. This place sucks. No excuses for this long wait time. A 45 minute procedure should not be close to three hours. I just hope the finish this exam before they close.

Not impressed. The women at the counter hardly made eye contact when I walked in, and even when I approached the counter, I had to say hello first. Before helping me, two employees were chatting back and forth, making sure they had their coffee orders correct before giving me the time of day. Even interrupted me once I began telling her why I was there, to yell back to the coffee lady that she wanted«ICEDCOFFEE»! Once I filled out the paper work(wrong, because she mislead what address she was looking for, mine or insurance company), she didn’t ask me to sign anything, so I had to come back later that week just for a signature. The wait was fine — I expected to wait a little bit as it was the urgent care center. Once with the doctor, and once he found out it was a workers comp thing, I felt like they gave me very little advice, and certainly gave me bare-minimum care. Very unfriendly, short, and condescending. Not my idea of care by any means. Ah well, off to a foot and ankle specialist this morning to finally get to the bottom of this foot that isn’t healing. Thanks but no thanks, Providence Tanasbourne. I will say, when I called to ask a few questions about their service and location, the guy that answered the phone was super helpful and friendly, so they aren’t all bad, but I got a few rotten eggs that day.
