Demolition is our Specialty. Our expertise comes from 26 years of Framing houses, so we know how it’s all put together. We are always available for your Clean-Out and Demolition needs. Our Clean-out team is ready to remove any item and clean any space. Basements, garages, attics and yards. Kitchen appliances, washer/dryers, oil tanks and burners. Any Junk or Debris you have, we will haul it away. No job too small. We are safe, careful, polite and always on time. Our Demolition team works mainly w/Contractors who use us to prepare jobs for Renovation. We work residential also. Sheds, siding, roofing, chimneys, garages, trees, brush, ect. Anything you need demolished or removed, we are ready to serve you.
History
Established in 2008.
I framed homes for 28 years and stopped basically cause I was getting older. I had my truck and started a Clean-Out business. It grew from there and moved into Demolition as well as Clean-Outs. Social media has helped me grow the business to what it is now.

I am a small business owner born and raised in Hingham Ma. I work for the people and help out the best I can. The items we remove is evaluated for re-use. Nothing goes to waste at John’s Clean-Out. We give to local churches, shelters and mostly local residents who need and can use items a lot of people get rid of. We donate everything re-usable. If it is in decent shape, it will go to someone in need. That’s the way we do it at John’s Clean-out.
