Constanin and Damien were awesome. They came within a few hours of calling, right on time, and cleaned up our leak thoroughly. They were easy to work with, had a fair price, and got the job done! And it doesn’t smell funky afterward– no harsh cleaning smells, just no smell :)

He does a fantastic job, he’s super friendly, reliable and professional. This is the only person you need to call for carpet cleaning. He’s cleaned my carpet several times and as long as he’s in business I wouldn’t even think of calling anymore else.

So pleased with this service! Constantin got right back to me about setting up a free estimate and showed up for the job exactly when he said he was going to, he even threw in the area rug for free! The rug and couches came out amazing, I highly recommend him!

If I was able to give 10 stars I would. Constantin + Damien were AMAZING. I’m in the middle of a cross country move and asked for Pro Carpet to clean my sofa and a couple of storage cubes before the big move. Because I’m not very familiar with the whole carpet/​upholstery cleaning industry, I decided to turn to my wonderful community on Unilocal.So glad I did. Every single glowing review was absolutely accurate. Plus, moving is very stressful, and he made this process very easy. Here’s my take:
Pros:
–He was accessible via email and text; Very responsive.
–They were on time and waited on me because I accidentally scheduled them for a later time slot on my calendar.
–They were professional and courteous. (I live in a 5 story walk up and they didn’t complain once! Surprising, because their equipment is heavy!).
–Constantin quoted me a very reasonable price and didn’t try to increase the cost once he arrived. There was absolutely no shadiness with him.
–They were quick, but thorough. Constantin stayed a bit longer to show me how to care for my couch before the move and the drying process.
–My couch and storage bins looked fantastic. They did a great job!
Cons:
Nothing. Use them. You’ll be glad you did.

I had used them in the past and called to get pricing for my rugs again. His response time wasn’t very good and he wouldn’t give me quote over the phone even though he had provided service before. He made the process too time consuming and difficult So I have gone elsewhere.

A good as it gets is right! Called Constantin Wednesday, he came Friday to give me a great estimate and I had him come in that same day! He even cleaned an extra rug for free! What a great service he offers with friendly employees, definitely recommend for carpet and couch cleanings. Highly Highly Highly recommend.

I needed my carpet clean ASAP. I sent a email to Constantin, he answered really fast with the price and available schedule. He showed up on time and did a really good job. They also are friendly. Definitely I’ll call him again and highly recommend Pro Carpet Service to friends and neighbors.

I have used Pro Carpet 2x in the last 6 months. Constantin showed up EXACTLY when he said he would for the estimate and was able to come back the next day (again on time!). our carpets were perfectly clean and fresh smelling. I am already planning on scheduling him to come back before the holidays. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for ‘white glove’ attention.
