Specialties

Frank provides top quality lifesaving math tutoring on short notice.

Frank’s tutees have been admitted to outstanding universities including Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Duke, Northwestern, Cornell, and Brown.

Frank’s expert, caring tutoring immediately puts students and parents at ease. He explains concepts clearly and employs a wide range of teaching and math skills to meet each student’s individual needs.

Frank emphasizes showing work for the express purpose of reducing risk of careless errors.

He takes care to give as much guidance as is needed, but no more — so that the student grows independently capable.

If a student has trouble understanding a particular explanation, Frank draws on his vast experience to use alternative explanations until the student «gets» it.

Frank is also an expert with the TI-84 calculator, and shows students how to take full advantage of this amazing tool in ways they don’t teach you in school.

Any student who has questions in between tutoring meetings can easily reach Frank for a quick Skype tutoring session to get those questions answered.

Frank specializes in high school math tutoring and SAT tutoring. He also excels in college math tutoring, middle school math tutoring, ACT tutoring, GRE tutoring, and GMAT tutoring.

Frank covers many subjects, including Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Precalculus, AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, and AP Statistics.
