Bentley’s Corner Barkery

We started going to Bentley’s because of concern for the previous food we had been giving our 2 furkids, one of whom is diabetic and has a couple of other health concerns. From our visit to the Schaumburg store to every visit in Hoffman Estates, we have been warmly greeted and helped tremendously. The staff has taken time to explain what they feel would work best for the pups. In fact, we were often given small samples of different foods to try (our diabetic one is also a food snob!). Now when we walk into the store, a staff member ALWAYS asked how our pups are doing and never fail to check on the condition of our little one. Our only regret is that we didn’t start going to Bentley’s sooner. Our pups are thriving on the recommended diet to the extent that our vet of 10+ years has marveled at the improvement in their health. We have also gone to the Arlington Heights store and received the same great treatment. Yes, no doubt we pay more than we did… BUT, our vet bills are now less and our pups are doing well. KUDOS, Bentley’s!

My dog and I absolutely love this location! We have been making weekly trips to Bentleys for almost a year now, and every single time is a pleasure. The products are all high quality, with tons of variety, and the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended to anyone with a four legged friend!

This pet supply store surpasses all expectations. I have been a happy customer before and after their move and I can honestly say the people who work there are practically family. We have a greyhound who is our pride and joy and he loves nothing more than taking a trip to see his favorite people, and maybe get some nice treats. The customer service is incredible, we always get a hello and they never hesitate to help us with anything and everything. Whether it’s getting a product from another location, helping us to our car or even just suggestions for our furry children. The array of thoughtful products in the store makes it that much easier to trust that what your giving your pets is the best quality. This is THE place to pamper your pets with the proper nutrition and not to mention employees who truly care.

I like this place, especially because there aren’t really any other pet boutiques in the area that have as many bakery items as they do. The staff is always really friendly and personable, and the food they recommended for my Pomeranian is the only food she hasn’t gotten sick of in a month. My only suggestion would be that they add more dog clothes! I love the sports jerseys, but it would be nice to have other options as well :) also, most of the fresh treats are sized for big dogs, and my pup is only 9 pounds. Great place for servility dog food and fun dog bakery snacks like birthday cakes and cookies!

They moved here last year. The service and quality of stock had been declining several months before the move, dented cans, opened product on shelves, dust apparent, outdated product, etc. Since the move, now near Mariano’s the surliness and lack of service has remained. A formerly ⁵⁄₄ star place that dragged to a ³⁄₂ since spring of 15 has remained a ³⁄₂ many months after the move. Shame.

I loved Bentley’s when it was father down the road. Everyone was friendly there, really helpful. Apparently when they moved locations, they forgot to pack that to bring with. I wasn’t even greeted today, not even when I checked out. I didn’t mind paying a bit more because I was getting great service. Now I’m paying even higher prices with no service at all. I just paid 3 times the price for one bag of treats for my dog. That will be my last time I make that mistake. Bummed so much has changed with the move, especially because they’re incredibly close to me now at this new location.
