I like the location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The prices are competitive too,
as well as selection of products.

I like that this store opened in my area. I take my dog there for grooming, and they do a wonderful job. Many times, I have gone into the store by myself to get food for my animals. I so enjoy talking with other customers, who bring in their furry companions. I welcome all to bring in their pets, we are not confined to just dogs, and cats.

To the lady Aimee P. from california I understand your fear of rats but GIVE ME A BREAK .I know the rat you are talking about and the owner and that rat has better manners than a lot of people I know. This is her pet and like you said most the time inside her shirt and stays out of view –I’m sure all you had to do was tell her to rats terrify you and she would of stayed away. Her having her pet with her was just another way of introducing different types of pets to people especially since they sell rats. It would be the same as me getting dogs banned from that store because I don’t like dogs (I actually love all pets) and I want to shop for my cats or fish. In fact I love to pet her rat when she coaxed it onto her shoulder. Just because you hate rats doesn’t mean you had to ruin it for all of us but maybe corporate will smarten up and allow the rat back in the store

PSP has the lowest prices when their items are on sale! They have a birthday club (register your dog/​cat) and they send a postcard with a free gift on your pets birthday! They have periodic $ 5.00 off of $ 20, $ 30 or $ 40 sent to your email. Join their rewards club (you can do so in the store) and get special offers too. The store has a self-​wash or grooming area which is pretty reasonable. They put coupons in their flyers and the store cuts them out for you and place on a table. If you are a senior, on Wed. you get an additional 10% off your order! I consider them the best store! They beat Petsmart and Petco price value hands down.

I’ve been there many times, both with and without my dogs, and the employees are always super friendly and helpful. There is another pet store a bit closer to me, but I always choose to go here when possible.

A great way to get a customer to never return is to have an employee walking around with a rat inside her shirt. I’m horrified, disgusted & appalled your store made me deal with one of my worst fears while I was trying to shop.

Such a cool pet supply store! Stopped by to pick up a happy birthday treat for my little pup and walked out with two coats and a bag of bulk peanut butter treats!
I’m not sure if prices are better than most, but I definitely appreciate the variety of food brands and accessories they carry.

This Pet Store is very clean and the employees make you feel comfortable. Not sure if there pricings are cheaper than other stores, however they have great deals on selective items. Every time I go to this store the grooming department looks very clean and dogs seem calm. Not sure how there grooming is but I would like to take my dog someday.
