We ordered a copy of our son’s dance recital from Live Prints and never received it. We let them know that the item was not received after allowing a month for it to arrive. We attempted to contact them multiple times, beginning in June, and finally got a reply in September. Their response was «You should have received the DVD because we did send it.» At that time they offered to send us another copy «on us», but with the warning «Note, if there is a next time we will charge you for the DVD plus handling and whatever delivery tracking/​signature confirmation is at USPS, which will be required for a 3^rd try.» Why a company would ship without any kind of tracking is beyond me to begin with, but beside the point. A week later when I received the package that they sent, the disk was blank. The DVD had never actually been recorded. I informed LivePrints immediately, and again, got no response. After contacting them again after 2 more weeks, and yet month later, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which they also did not respond to. To this day, we still do not have a copy of our son’s recital that we paid for.

We used Live Prints for our wedding last month and couldn’t have asked for more. Anitha was so so helpful through the whole process and patient with all of our questions leading up to the wedding. The booth was gorgeous and everyone loved it! Throughout the nite they didn’t bother us with questions and pestering like I have heard other people have dealt with from other photo booth companies. The Photo book was adorable and I am so glad we chose them!

I’ve had a privileged of working closely with them and they are excellent to work with and offer high quality product and experience at a value that is highly competitive in the Chicagoland area. You can really tell that they love what they do and are really good at it!

I have seen Anitha and Shiner work an event for a friend of mine doing green screen at a comedy show and I loved the interaction. I recently contacted them to inquire about this for my sons graduation party and found out they now have a photo booth as well. I figured why not give that a shot since I had 40 18 year olds coming over. Let me just say what a success it was and I am so pleased with the look and all the extra props they had for the crowd. Even the adults got into it and just had a blast, the whole time they paid attention to all my guest and catered to all there needs! Talk about above and beyond service… The set up was amazing and they even set up a large LCD TV monitor and it showed scrolling pictures of all the photos taken in the booth. What else can I say but class A service and I will be using them again in the future. My guest gave me so many compliments it was simply a great feeling!

I went to a graduation party where Live Prints had their Photo-​booth up. I have been to many events and have had the pleasure of using many Photo-booth’s — and this one by far tops any and all! They had a huge variety of props and the photo’s were amazing! The Photo-​booth was very high tech! It was lit up by LED lights and so beautiful! I love, love, LOVE this booth! Everything was electronic — there was a touch screen in the photo-​booth — you could choose to print in black & white or in color… The images were out within seconds! This was definitely the hit of the party! I believe there were about 40 – 50 teenagers and they all got a kick out of this booth! It was used nonstop for a good 6 hours!!! There were no malfunctions and everything was smooth! My daughter is getting married in April of 2013 and I made sure I booked him last night! Shiner, Bez and Anitha are all extremely professional, 100% accommodating and an absolute pleasure to be around! I can’t wait for April to be here!!!

Live Prints is awesome. Shiner and Anitha brought their green screen to a work event and did a great job. They are an extremely professional and really creative. They are very accommodating and the end result is great. The green screen and backgrounds really add a fun and special aspect to a photo. I would definitely recommend them!
