These guys are fantastic! I am a complete idiot when it comes to anything related to computers. Chris, Seth, and Christian helped me when my computer became infected (cleaned it up and changed the operating system) and then subsequently assisted me with some other issues that surfaced after I got the computer home. Their response is lightning quick, their knowledge is vast, and their service is phenomenal. I can’t say enough for CRS.

CRS was great!!! My dog jumped on my wife’s iPhone while on charger and broke a piece of the charging port… There was valuable photos on there and could no longer charge it or plug into my pc… Gave them a call said they could repair it in 1.5 hrs and for a reasonable price!!! Low and behold 1.5 hrs later it’s fixed!!! Thanks guys definitely referring you to friends and family!

Very pleased with the iPhone screen repair Chris and his guys did. My phone had been damaged for some time and I didn’t realize there was a place in Hollister that repaired them. Thank god I found them because 5 days after I repaired it my son dropped it and shattered it again (I know!). Took it to CRS and they replaced it again. Great customer service! I’ll be taking my computer in for repairs soon.

This was my 4th challenge for Chris and the specialists at CRS. My touchscreen convertible laptop was smashed-​in from airport gorillas, and he was able to take it apart, find and fix everything, get it up and running, and improve the performance. It is such a relief to work with a crew that is knowledgeable, talented, passionate about their work and service, communicate well, and are more than fair. We are lucky to have them in Hollister.

Chris and his staff have been worked very hard to provide my business with the best in support. Chris has come to my office on a moments notice to repair my laptop and desktop systems. Chris has solve internet and printer connection issues and repaired our cell phones and tablets.
Recently Chris gave me an honest assessment of what he could do with my old workhorse desktop versus building a new system; he made both choices very clear and easy to understand. In the end I had Chris build me a new system and I could not be happier. The price was fair and the system was up and running in no time.

I took a DIY computer to add a operating system to the blank hard drive. The computer is a Intel NUC i3. It is somewhat rare computer not available at Best buy or Costco. They added a windows 7 to the computer for a lower price than the big boys in San Jose. They above and beyond by downloading Firefox, Adobe Reader and Itunes to the computer. Took it in at 3:00 pm and was ready at the beginning of business the next day. Really good service and they seem very knowledgeable.

Chris was fantastic to work with. He took in my computer first thing in the morning, called to give me a progress report after about an hour and a half, installed everything my computer needed to be up and running like it should and called me when the work was complete just a few hours after I dropped it off. The price was really fair and I am pleased with the service he provided. I will definitely take my computer work to him again. Great experience! Thanks Chris!

I give them 5 stars because the service was great and our phones are back to new. I had the pleasure of working with Chris all 3 times and he was straight forward about my 2 iPhones and Mac Pro. One of our phones was ran over by a car and he fixed it like new and the other had been dropped over and over for about a year and it is also back to new. If you have any water damage on your computer take it to them check out, they will then rate it on a scale 1 – 10 on the damage; mine was a 6 so it was restored to it original state.

I had a problem with my computer running slow for a while now. I talked to Chris, and he was able to help me figure out what was going on with my computer. I have never really trusted computer repair people, kind of like auto repair. They can say you need something done and you have no idea what they are talking about, but you go ahead with it because you don’t know any better. I never have that fear with bringing my computer to Chris, I have referred some of my friends to him if they need computer help. He is a very nice, honest, man. I will always go with my computer problems to Chris and CRS computer repair, and tell all my friends to as well.
You will not regret it.

I’ve used Chris and CRS twice in the last year for help with my cell phone. He helped get me out of a jam when I dropped my phone in the lake. He later fixed my daughter’s iPhone glass when it was shattered. Service was fast, professional and the price was right. All three things I look for in a business.
