The Steam Team Carpet Cleaning and Restoration

Our condo has two carpeted bedrooms that were in need of a professional cleaning. They weren’t filthy, but there were a few stains and some spots that needed to be addressed.
Based on the high ratings, we called ProDry (keep reading). Our call was answered and an appointment was made for the following day between 1 and 3. We received a call a little after noon the next day indicating that the team was on its way. They called again when they were a few minutes away. I appreciated the calls as too many times businesses simply don’t show up.
Lisa and Rob arrived and indicated that they weren’t from Pro Dry, but were from Steam Team. Josh from Pro Dry was on vacation and apparently diverted calls to Steam Team. Ok, that wasn’t clear upfront, but I also didn’t verify the information myself. Regardless, it didn’t matter.
Lisa and Rob assessed the situation, gave a fair estimate and went to work. They cleaned and protected the two bedroom carpets as well as two rugs that were heavily soiled. They were in an out in about an hour and did great work. In short, they were timely, fast, efficient, fairly priced and everything you’d expect from a professional carpet cleaning service. Highly recommended.
