what the heck. when we got here, they were having a deal for $ 170 for 100 minutes. for 2 PEOPLE.
this is NOT one of those places you go and get all your requests in on what type of massage and such. they are doing multiple types of massages in one session. there was a mix of thai, swedish, and other massage types that i don’t know the name of.
the ladies were so sweet and they did not try to force anything at all. thai massages scare me because i’m scared that i’ll just rip apart or tear something. but these ladies are conscious of your flexibility and will stretch you out without making you feel like they are going to force you into a position that you can’t attain.
the only complaint i had was that i was a bit cold, but i’m always cold. when i’m back in hawaii, i will be going here for another great experience with these wonderful, sweet ladies!

Let me start this review out by saying I am recovering from a broken hip and femur.
I am not someone who gets a lot of massages so I cannot say there is nothing like it in the world but it definitely felt that way. I will have to call to find out who my masseuse and update my post.
The place is a little difficult to find but the staff is very helpful on where to park and how to find the location. VALIDATED PARKING!!!
Last but not least we did the couples massage and it was nice to see that we received completely different massages from our therapists as we have very different issues.

Such a great spot to unwind! The massage professionals at 7 Day are extremely talented and friendly. Before the start of the session, my therapist asked about any problem areas, and then proceeded to work on those spots with extra care.
In comparison to some other Thai massage places I’ve been, 7 Day ranks with my faves. I’m already looking forward to going back and becoming a regular!

I have been doing this ridiculous thing called excessively working out. I work out about 5 – 6 times a week and my muscles were/​are/​and will be crying from this madness. Yes my muscles are crying and not my fat. To help with my achey muscles I decided to get a massage. I heard about this place through a friend and decided to book a session with them.
This spa is located near the beginning of Waikiki and on the 6th floor of the Hawaiian Monarch Hotel. There are a variety of massage styles from Thai, lomilomi, Swedish, etc. It’s 60 bucks for 60 minutes and 90 bucks for 100 minutes I had Noi and she was incredible! Very friendly and attentive to my needs. After the session my body felt relaxed and I couldn’t wait to get back to working out. HA HA HA. Just kidding! Overall, I was so glad I decided to get a massage and I can’t wait to go back.

Wow, such a great place to go and get a massage! The staff is very friendly and welcoming it felt like I was part of the family. My therapist was Noi and she was amazing. Before we started I told I had some specific areas that was giving me trouble and she told me that she would take care of that. Noi was very professional and easy to talk to, she was so good I fell asleep during my session. I recommend 7 Day Thai Massage to anyone.
Pro tip: take a hot shower before and after the massage (they have a shower)

Went here on a whim and I am so glad that I did. I got spoiled on a trip to Thailand years ago and since then i have been looking for a place that really stretches and works the muscles. The massage therapist was amazing! This massage really did what a Thai massage is supposed to do! I haven’t felt this relaxed in so long. The prices were reasonable and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The perfect Christmas gift.
