One word: A M A Z I N G!!! Tammy did an amazing job with my hair. Really thought my hair would stay a dark brown but she was able to lighten my hair to what I really wanted. The ladies there are very sweet. Family friendly!

I only come here for my haircut, but for years now my barber, Johnny, has been consistent. I haven’t done any other services but I’m pretty sure they’re OK. A lot of people come in and they are always busy. I also like it now that they accept and honor appointments. I used to call in for an appointment but somehow I wouldn’t get my haircut in the time I asked for even when I come in early. Too bad Johnny stopped doing the post haircut neck/​shoulder/​back massage, LOL!

When i first walked inside they all started at me (awkward) after i told them what i wanted they told me to pick a color. It wasnt in a very nice tone but I guess since Im young they can talk to me however they please since I wont do anything about it. I asked for almond shape nails and all she did was round the edges & make the top flat. She was doing that fileing/​shaping thing too hard that it was getting uncomfortable. What made it worse was she couldnt speak english so i just had to deal with what she did. The whole thing took about 1 ½ hours & i ddnt even get any design. I know they wanna make it look good but this wasnt exactly what i was expecting so i probably wont go back. Sticking to golden nails.

Love the way Helen is so patient, takes her time and does a great job!!! So worth it! I’m coming here all the time, no doubt!

I only trust my hair cut and color to be done by Tammy or Ada. They were professional and thorough with my hair. Felt like she cared to pay attention to detail and making a good end result.

The doorman at our hotel had a great haircut so I asked who his barber was. His barber named Johnny works at Cloud 9 so I paid him a visit. Johnny offers a great men’s cut for $ 15.00. He has great attention to detail too. The only negative is that I wouldn’t recommend the straight razor shave since I was nicked a bit. Lastly, I called and had an appointment 15 minutes later. Not too shabby.

I stumbled across this hair salon almost a year ago and have never looked back! They are a full service salon that does cut, color, mani, pedi, massage, and waxing. The entire staff there is very professional. Every customer that enters the door is greeted and acknowledged. Phone calls to the salon are answered promptly and efficiently. I have only gotten my hair cut at Cloud 9, and while I’m sure all of the stylists there are great, my go-​to person is Ada. She is amazing! She knows all the latest cuts and styles, and consistently gives me the best cuts! Thank you Ada and Cloud 9 Salon! A customer for life!

So my little sister and I been going here to wax our eyebrows and I notice that they been reusing the stick that they dip for wax smfh… I give this place a no star cause their gross! Make sure you see them wash their hands cause most of them don’t…

OMG — worse experience ever, even if it’s close to home! I had a regular pedicure done — price was
$ 22 +tax. They didn’t do a good job at all. My cuticles weren’t clipped, my toes weren’t even filed. I clipped my toenails prior to going in — just because I like it short. They did not shave off dead skin from bottom of my foot. Pretty rude workers — and what is service… definitely NONE — for the customer!
This is my 1^st & last time ever!!! Going back to Waialae — even if it’s inconvenient– for $ 20 +tax — they do all of the above — and pleasantly done, liked they enjoyed being of service!
My daughter (whose only 15)-had her acrylic manicure done — can’t believe they charge her over $ 55 +tax and did not massage her hand… omg it wasn’t even bling bling!!!
I thought it was way over priced — for very unprofessional RUDE work! I should have listened to my daughter– and not tip them at all, they definitely did not deserve it!!!
NO ALOHA… TIPS ARE FOR SERVICE RENDERED… just saying, for future reference — if you want business/​not lose business! Take care of your customers…

I’ve been coming here for 4 years for my mani pedi, eyebrow waxing and acrylic! The guy is my technician no one else.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went there for gel lady wanted to charge me $ 60 just for plain gelish. Not to mention they called me dumb in Vietnamese and I could understand. TOTAL WORST SERVICE. I would never go back there again.
They cut my cuticle and made me bleed and did not apologize.
I even went there with my sister wanted to sit next to her the lady told me NO because she can’t see.
Overall went there because my boyfriend needed a haircut so we decided to do a mani. But definitely not returning with the trash talk they do.

Been going here for at least 4 years and its the only place I trust cutting my hair even though it takes a long process buts it all about accuracy in my books.

Customer service here sucks. We waited for 2 + hrs for my husband and son to get their hair cuts. My husband how ever didn’t get a chance to get a hair cut even after he waited before one other guy. Rude much?! The guy who was suppose to cut his hair totally ignored him! Never again will we ever come to this place. The owners and her staff need to learn more about customer service because they certainly do not know any!
And might I add my son hair cut was rushed so of course the outcome wasn’t the best. Yes, he may move a lot but his hair cuts from other salons were A LOT better than this place.

I gotta admit they can cut men’s hair real good.
Wait times can be a bit long because they really take their time (sometime a bit too much) and some of them are pretty rude and unfriendly but alas the quality of the cut does outweigh the service and wait times

I usually go here and I never do have a. Bad experience but this time I did. Lady who did my feet was great BUT the guy who did my acrylic nails was terrible… He was super rough and he kept on looking on his phone. Like seriously give me someone else!!!

Don’t think I’ll be returning. I paid $ 65 for a Deluxe pedi, that was far from «deluxe», and a gel mani. The lady was a little rude and impatient while I tried to find a gel polish that could somewhat match a regular nail polish for my toes. When I got my pedicure, it took like 25 – 28 min, and that was a deluxe… I’ve been to places that offer regular pedicures and do a much more in depth job. She didn’t even use a stone or anything like it to smooth my heel, which by they way aren’t bad at all.
Overall the service was not what I expected for $ 65 and I’ve had better customer service at other places.

I love the way the men cut and style my son’s hair and to me it’s worth the long wait (usually 1 hour or more).
Unfortunately I’ve done my nails and hair with not so great success. My toe nails would always hurt and they dug too deep. I stopped doing my nails here after 2 bad experiences.
Now for my hair… a NIGHTMARE! I colored my hair here because my regular stylist was moving. My scalp was burning to the point of where I wanted to cry! I told the lady and she asked if I washed my hair the night before. I only did my regular olive oil conditioner the day before and she said that’s probably why. I’ve never had that problem before but I guess I know now to wash my hair several days before instead. But back to my horrific experience-​I now have scalp burn and my hair is stringy where there is pus oozing out. Even if I run my fingers thru my hair, it hurts!
