Came in here with my best friend. She needed pasties and they had it here! Pretty cool little boutique shop in Hawaii, I was in Hawaii for work so we had no clue what shops are around and was lucky this place pretty much had all the knick knacks.

There are a lot of cute clothing and accessories at this store. However, me and my friends were treated very badly by the employee at the ward location. My friends went there a lot, but it was my first time. Upon going in the store, none of the employees greeted us. I made eye contact with them and still not even a word of welcoming from them. I don’t know why they don’t greet their customers. It makes me even angrier when some other customer came it the store and the employee greeted them but not us. I was super upset there and I hope they trained their employees better! Seriously!!! I ended up not purchasing anything, but my friend did. Also to be honest, my friends brought me there so that they I can pick a gift for my birthday. It totally ruined my day! The employee sucks!

Love everything about the store! We came to the original one in Hawaii Kai and return EVERYTIME we come to the island! The prices are reasonable and everything is so cute! The staff has always been nothing but helpful and pleasant! Go here if you get a chance!!! I love the Hawaii Kai area because we just love that side of the island!!!

I love the brand and stores, Windward and Pearlridge are my favorites. This specific location has some of the worst workers ever though. One sales rep turn the air off and the lights 2 hrs before they were supposed to close because she was ready to go. Today I’m here and there’s a be back in 10 mins sign and I’ve been standing here for 20 mins. Like I said love the stores they’re actually the only place I shop for clothes on island but this location needs new workers.

One of my favorite clothing boutique on the island. They have really cute and trendy fashion. Every time I go into the store, I never leave without buying anything. I usually focus on the sale rack. They are usually 50% off. One time, there was a buy one get one sale and I went all out. If you have an Isle Discount card, you get 20% off if you spend over $ 60. Gotta love that deal! They also sell accessories such as bags, hats, belts, and jewelry. I also love their reusable shopping bags that goes with every purchase.

Ward location has the best selection of clothes and accessories, and the nicest staff! I’ve been to cookies in koko marina, mililani, and windward mall… none compare to the service and variety of the ward location.
Always a cute selection… some items are more pricey than others (but WORTH IT), and others are not as much but still cute and good quality!!! Every time I go here I HAVE to pick up one thing… but I have a rule to only buy it if I absolutely love it… well, when I pick something from cookies I always find myself finding some excuse to wear it the very next day!
A sweet and patient sales associate helped me pick out a brand new outfit AND the cutest little purse ever. No regrets.

Sales staff totally exceeded my expectations of customer service. Nicole went over and beyond in assisting me. I went in and fell in love with a dress, they didn’t have my size but Nicole took down my number and said she’ll call me if they have it at the warehouse. The next day, I recieve a call from another nice and sweet associate. Turned out that Nicole went to personally pick up the last dress at the ware house for me. Now that ladies, is Fabulous service. Becuase of this experience, I will shop here more often. Thanks so much Nicole!

This was the first time that I ever been to cookies. I have a friend who works there but never decided to stop by until today. Their customer service is amazing! The girls that worked there were so sweet and helpful and gladly asked if I needed help and told me about their sale. My friend also got help finding a cute outfit for her birthday. And their clothes? AMAZING! Soooo cute! This place is officially my new favorite boutique.

I visit Cookies almost every time I come to Ward but yesterday was my first time purchasing anything. They have great sales going on all the time, I bought three tops and a scarf for $ 53! I love the local boutiques here in Hawaii but most of them are way too expensive. Cookies has a wide range of prices for the big spenders and the big savers too. The styles that they offer are very cute and colorful, you can find anything from casual beach wear to classy dinner attire! I’m not much of a shopper but I always find something I like in there :) the ladies who work there are very nice too!

Since I live on the Windward side, I usually got to the Cookies in the Windward Mall, but their service has gone down.
I really like their style in clothing, but Kaneohe recently changed Management, and the Manager seemed uptight. wouldn’t accept a return, was not very friendly, didn’t smile, and I have been disappointed in their inconsistency.
She also told me they do not participate in the $ 100 Stamp Card anymore, which disappointed me even more!
On one of my lunch breaks, I happened to run into the Cookies store in the Ward Center, not knowing it was here (even though I work 5 minutes away for the last 10 years! LOL).
I thought I would see what they had.
I was immediately greeted with a smile by the nicest associate, Dana. She pointed out the sales items, and new things that just came in.
I told her of a return, I had, and she helped me with no problem. She was by herself, but seemed to multi-​task well, and help all the customers with ease. She got me a room, and helped me with picking the right colors for me.
She was so fun to work with, I ended up spending almost $ 100 of merchandise, AND Dana gladly gave me stamps towards a new Stamp Card, which she said they do participate in.
Dana impressed me so much, I texted a Unilocal review on her great service, right there on the spot!
She was so surprised and thankful, that it really changed my outlook on their service.
I went back 2 days later, and another associate and the Ward Center Manager helped me out with again, fantastic service, I ended up buying more stuff! LOL.
I would DEFINITELY recommend shopping at the Ward Center Cookies Clothing, they have the cutest clothing, perfect for Hawaii, great Maxi dresses, and affordable.
You will definitely get my business ! :)

Uh, yeah no. I’ve worked retail and customer service in both high and low end stores since I was 16. It is an absolute pet peeve of mine to never be greeted in a shop when I walk in. I won’t knock shops for this when they are busy, but this place was NOT busy.
The offer of a sale brought me in and I was interested in stuff I could wear to work and some playful, but tasteful, accessories. I probably browsed the store for a good five minutes, walking around the entire place. I even walked right past the checkout desk twice while I was browsing. Too bad for me that the four (4!) girls at the desk were too busy talking to each other to acknowledge a potential customer. I will absolutely not spend money at a business that can’t be bothered to say hello. I walked over to Chelsea and spent my money there, and they weren’t even having a sale.

I’ve walked into this store many times before, but today I actually bought my first «cookie’s maxi skirt» because the sales associate made me feel welcomed and also helped me pick out a few other items per (my request) I should try on with the skirt that would fit my body type.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sales person. The one thing I gotta say was she made me feel comfortable she was very helpful with helping me find the right tops I could use with the skirt. I asked for suggestions and she gave me ideas. I just couldn’t find the right top that fit, hence I only got the skirt.
I found out later as I was ready to leave that she was the store manager. She was very knowledgeable about her clothing, the styles and what types of clothing would fit my body type. I may not be the skinniest person but yet she made me feel comfortable and tried to find some cute tops to go with the skirt.
I ended up just buying the skirt because most tops just did not fit right.
The only down fall of the company in general would be that they don’t carry sizes for bigger women. Bigger women would love to feel fabulous too but just can’t when shopping at any cookie’s locations. Please think about bringing in some bigger sizes.
Definitely will be coming back to get more maxi skirts and maybe even a maxi dress.

I love cookies clothing on ward warehouse location. They have cute selections of clothes and accessories. Can’t complain about price either. The fashion here is up to date and reflects a lot of the current style trends. All the employees are very nice and helpful especially Lila who is the manager. Maybe that is why all the gals that work under her are friendly. I have known Lila for many years of excellent service from previous stores she managed. She is awesome, knows what fashion is all about. Trust her input. Lots of patience. If you need assistance with fashion she is the fashionista to go to. I am glad I found my long time personal assistant in fashion at Cookies Clothing on Ward.

I had lunch with a friend in this shopping center, and before I hopped into my car to leave, the Cookie’s sale rack caught my eye. Part of me said, «No! Repent! You shop enough! Back, back I say!» But part of me was drawn to it like moth to a flame. So I found myself trying on a tunic and a dress from the rack. They had soooo much super cute stuff! I looked in the store at everything else and I loved the selection. A lot of relaxed, feminine and very pretty clothing. Pretty affordable too (prices ranged from about 20 bucks to 60 and over) depending on what you get. The lady who worked there helped me and was very nice and pleasant. I am looking forward to returning and doing more shopping and also checking out their other locations.

Cookies is located in Ward Warehouse right across the street from the movie theatre. The fashion here is up to date and reflects a lot of the current style trends. There’s a great flow when you walk into the store where you walk to one side, scan the walls, then walk to the other side and scan the other wall. It isn’t overcrowded or overwhelming like some other clothing stores, which is nice. The workers are also very nice and helpful if you ask! Clothing, jewelry, bags, belts, etc. Cookies has got something to that will catch your attention.
The only thing about Cookies that makes me sad is they run out of the small sizes quickly and I haven’t seen any extra smalls around. This is the only reason I haven’t bought anything yet. Other than that, I like to check out the store once and a while to see if anything catches my eye!

I got caught in Cookie’s gravitational pull a couple of weeks ago with a friend, and I have to say, I’m not planning on breaking orbit any time soon.
They have a sale rack right in the entrance which is 1. COMPLETELY not playing fair, Cookie’s! and 2. much appreciated: D. The store itself is separated in a way that will make you think, «See Forever21? This is how you categorize clothing the right way.» For cereals, guys, they put all of the clothes that are similarly colored AND styled together, so you’re not digging through five skajillion teal colored pieces that all have nothing to do with each other or anything near them; you can throw together an outfit without running back and forth across the store (unless you wanna do that, YOLO *shrug*).
When I last visited, there were the Spring colored/​casual stuff along both walls of the store, metallic/​animal print stuff on the left wall, and militaryish stuff in the center. There were colored denims/​maxi skirts in the far back of the store as well as sale jewelry and colored bandeau bra-​tops. Jewelry and belts are all around the store, and most concentrated near the register.
The staff has always been a delight when I’ve visited, and are very attentive if you need something. I’m definitely coming back, and if they ever have a big sale it’ll be a «shut up, and take my money!» kinda day.

In case you bought a lving social coupon $ 20 for $ 40, BEWARE.
I received the $ 40 coupon as a gift, I found a dress for $ 39.95…i thought perfect.
When I went to use my coupon, the sales girl said I can’t use the coupon unless I buy something $ 40 + BEFORE TAX.
Lamest thing I ever heard. It was hard enough to find something I liked worth $ 40.

There’s a quote on Pinterest that goes something like this, «I wish every time I pinned a new outfit, it automatically went into my closet» This place will make it happen.
I honestly believe the buyer of Cookies Clothing Company peruses the women’s fashion category of PInterest to guide her ordering. Seriously. Everything here is on point with what’s hot in fashion. The colors, styles, jewelry are spot on. I also appreciate the price points. Everything (clothes and clutches) here is roughly around $ 50. The jewelry ranges from $ 12 – 18 for rings, earrings and bracelets (sorry I didn’t check out the necklaces). I found some of the things I’ve been lusting after on my pinterest board (chevron bracelets and rings and a starfish ring). Seriously, check it out.

Great customer service, beautiful colorful tops, skirts, dresses, belts, and lovely accessories! Lots of parking in Ward Warehouse. Very clean and spacious store.
