Really great customer service. The guys were super friendly and helpful.

There’s a staff member who gave above and beyond service, I believe her name was «Steph» and that’s why I’m writing this review. Personally, I was just wandering around the mall and eventually ended up at Crazy shirts, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff with a «welcome». While I was ruffling through some clothes, Steph approached me and commented how a certain color matched me. She pulled out some other clothes and recommended I try it on. Basically she stayed and attended to me the entire time and that’s more than I can say about any other store I visited this Saturday afternoon. We need more people like Steph and the staff at Crazy Shirts in the world!

I really don’t like going to Ala Moana, especially during the holidays, but I was only in town for a few days and wanted Crazy Shirts. All Crazy Shirt locations differ in selection, but this one has great customer service. I love these shirts because they seem to last longer and don’t fall apart or fade as other tshirts. You pay a little more but the designs and durability make it worth it for me. Plus the customer service is always good here.
If you are coming to Oahu during any other time than the holidays, I would definitely recommend stopping by here. Again, the shirts are a little more than your normal tshirt, but the designs and quality are much better than your ordinary souvenir tshirt you would buy at one of the stores in Waikiki.

First off I love the brand. Durable, fun, colorful apparel. Bad experience with the sales person at this location however. Her name was Angie and she was very dismissive towards me and way more attentive towards the Japanese tourists than to me and my family. We were going to get some items for my father who was to sickly to make the trip from the mainland but always had affinity for the Crazy Shirts brand and wanted us to pick him up some things. Needless to say we had to disappoint him and left the store empty handed. Luckily the outlet down the road was a much better experience and gave us equal treatment. Ala Moana Crazy Shirts. my advice. equal treatment regardless of nationality. I may not shop there as often but my money is the same.

I love Crazy Shirts. It is simply the best quality that lasts and lasts, but there’s more… I like the friendly and helpful people. This is what shopping is supposed to be like!

Friendly service, the manager even brought out the catalog to help me look for the particular design I wanted. Yes, price is a bit on the expensive side, but I have bought shirts from this chain before and the quality is totally worth it. :) I would definitely shop crazy shirts again! :)

I haven’t been into a crazy shirts or for a long time. But this time I decided to check it out.
Its a small store, but it has a lot of good shirt designs.
The prices are a little more than what I would normally spend on a shirt but some of the designs are cool enough to buy.
At this location, almost all their stuff is new. At the Ward location, they have newer styles but they still also carry the older ones too!

I needed to pick out a Christmas gift for my uncle, who is local-​to-​da-​max! His idea of «dressing up» is something along the lines of: a non-​wrinkled T-​shirt, shorts with no pukas (holes), and slippers. In the last decade, the only two times that I’ve seen him in anything other than a T-​shirt was at a funeral and for his own wedding.
Since Crazy Shirts is known for their locally-​inspired T-​shirts, I was pretty sure that I’d find something for him here, and I was right! After quickly glancing at the wall with all their shirt designs, I spotted one that said — «Rubbah Slippas… Good for: Party attire, dog treat, fan, motivational device, bug killer, door stopper, brakes, pot holders, multi-​purpose tool». Perfect!
I still wanted to get him something else, but didn’t see anything that caught my eye. I did notice some of their signature items — shirts dyed in chocolate, kona coffee, or wine.
One of the ladies working came over to help me out. She was very friendly, and enthusiastically pointed out a few other ones she thought he’d like. I ended up with a shirt that was dyed in luau leaves, one of their newest designs.
The shirts were about $ 30 each, which may seem like a lot to pay for a t-​shirt. From past experience though, I know that their higher quality shirts tend to last a LONG time. And guess what? My uncle really liked his gift!
