History
Established in 2003.
Our chef and cooks come from a fine dining back ground with many graduates of the Culinary Institue of the Pacific at Kapiolani Community College. We set out in 2003 to open this mom and pops food institution to provide many popular local Hawaiian foods that people from Hawaii grew up on but with a creative flair and healthier edge. We now employ almost 50 employees serving as many as 1000 – 1500 customers a day.
