Recently came here to scope out some diamonds with my parents for their anniversary. My mom wanted a specific cut of diamond. He didn’t have it in town but they had it at their other location. He came back on a Saturday before they were open to meet us the next day.
Great service. Nice guy. Definitely check them out when you’re looking for quality diamonds at reasonable prices.

My experience at Diamond Syndicate was awesome! I was in search of the perfect engagement ring, and it was the first place I went to. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Stephanie was patient and kind with me, being that I asked many a question. After about an hour or so of browsing diamonds, it was the ONLY place I needed to go to. I went in knowing squat about shopping for diamonds, but Stephanie was of great help! She made it easy, teaching me the abcs as we browsed each diamond she brought out. Eventually, we found THE diamond, and matched it to the perfect ring and setting.

I LOVE DIAMOND SYNDICATE!!!
So I heard about from a friend of mine and talked about it with my fiancé then we decide to give it a shot! Later on we went to find the building (since it’s a little bit hard to notice the place in the building) but as soon as we get there, Daniel welcome us with a huge smile and a very nice hospitality. It’s only takes a few minutes to admit that he is a really nice person and willing to help us with :
1. My diamond craving LOL!!! He patiently showed us some variety of the rings and explained us about basic knowledge about diamond and whatnot. Until I finally get connect with the most beautiful rose gold diamond band (I wish I could find the button so I can upload my rings photo)
2. Our budget! (Important yet not impossible). The ring that I like was cost way more than our budget but hey Daniel always get a way to figure it out until finally after the second meeting I can’t help the tears when we walked out of the door. I got the rings with a very good deal from Daniel!!! :) :)
So, today I get my rings and I can stop smiling looking at it in a little LED box which is very cool! HIGHLY recommended for everyone!

Not only am I absolutely in love with my fiancé Jeff, and would have married him with only a string around my finger… but your collaboration together on my engagement ring was wonderfully perfect! I was heartbroken when I was involved in a very unprofessional business transaction, that left me with an overrated appraisal, and a less than ideal diamond. When I came to the Diamond Syndicate, they were very compassionate of my problem, and tried in anyway to help me. I left with a much better diamond at a wholesale price and I can now leave that horrible memory behind me. Daniel and Doron, thanks for being such nice, honest, and informative people.

Found out about Diamond Syndicate from a friend, heard great things about them. So I decided to call to see what it was all about. Came to see them the very next day & it was a great visit! Daniel was very very professional helped me so much trying to find a perfect diamond for me. He had showed me several diamonds that he had that was within our budget. Talked me through it all! He was super friendly & kind! I basically stayed there for about an hour and a half just talking about diamonds etc etc. I totally recommend diamond syndicate! I was originally going to a particular diamond store that had particularly good reviews. Upon closer inspection of these reviews I became suspicious as they were all written as if they were an assignment — too good to be believable. I later learned that this store was giving discounts on their diamonds if a good review was written on Unilocal. So, I passed.
Then I found the Diamond Syndicate. Good reviews, seemed candid and normal.
I went in without an appointment. I told Daniel my budget. He brought out 3 stones for my inspection: one below budget, one at budget, and one slightly over budget. He explaiined each. Absolutely no pressure at all to buy.
Made my choice and walked out a happy man.
Two weeks later I proposed to my fiancé in Boracay and she was ecstatic!

Diamond Syndicate is a hidden gem conveniently nestled in the heart of Honolulu. It’s rare to stumble upon a diamond company that offers a trifecta of quality diamonds, wholesale prices, and genuine customer service. Most importantly, it’s a family-​owned and –operated company that has been servicing Hawaii jewelers for the past 30 years. Fortunately, for us men, Diamond Syndicate made the bold move to offer its wholesale diamonds directly to Hawaii’s consumers as of February of this year. No more middle men, no more retailers, and no more markups.
My wife and I are coming up on our five-​year wedding anniversary. That’s a milestone worthy of a wedding ring upgrade. My wife’s wish list: ¾ — 1 carat cushion-​cut diamond with a halo setting and diamond band. We visited the usual retailers: Kays, The Wedding Ring Shop, Zales, Costco, The Diamond Co., and Michaels. Each were equally accommodating but varied in diamond quality and retail price. We were somewhat overwhelmed by the price range: $ 8k — $ 14k. So, we decided to put her upgrade on hold.
One afternoon, my wife stumbled upon a Google search link that directed her to a diamond wholesaler, Diamond Syndicate. She scheduled a consultation that same week. Upon our arrival to the end of our meeting, the team at Diamond Syndicate provided an accommodating and hospitable experience without the pressures of pushing a sale. What took almost two and a half hours of consultation felt like only 30 minutes. Our consultant, who is also the co-​owner, was Daniel. He and his father, Doron are probably two of the nicest people you’ll meet.
During our consultation, Daniel displayed three loose diamonds:
1. ¾ carat, flawless, colorless (D-​F) — within budget
2. 1 carat, VS, colorless (D-​F) — slightly over budget
3. 1.46 carat, SI1, H — slightly over budget
When Daniel brought out the 1.46 carat diamond, we were surprised that it was only a few hundred dollars from our budget, which was still considerably affordable compared to the retailers we visited who were offering smaller diamonds. My wife had the tough decision to make between the ¾ flawless or the 1.46 SI1. The bigger diamond won, of course. Bigger is always better. From there, Daniel gathered additional details to complete my wife’s customized dream diamond wedding ring. We left feeling accomplished without burning a big whole in my wallet.
During the weeks that followed our initial consultation, my wife was anxious to see what her ring may look like. So, we visited Ben Bridge Ala Moana. She gave the sales associate her diamond specifications: 1.5 carat cushion-​cut, SI1, H color, diamond band. You will not believe the retail price… $ 21k… ouch!
A few weeks after our initial consultation with Daniel, he gave me a call to let me know my wife’s ring was ready for pick-​up. My wife is extremely happy, my wallet is happy, I’m happy.

I was referred to Diamond Syndicate from a friend I work with. She has the most beautiful engagement ring from Diamond Syndicate. I was looking for a pair of diamond stud earrings. I went to the mall jewelry stores and looked on line. I actually bought a pair of diamond studs from a mall jewelry store but wasn’t happy with the quality and the price. Made an appointment with Daniel. Upon entering the offices I felt comfortable and welcomed. I also met Mr. Isakov, Daniel’s father, who shared his knowledge of diamonds with me as well. Daniel showed me different earrings, grades of diamonds & different price points. He was VERY patient and helpful. Never any pressure like other places. He helped me choose the perfect earring. I am so happy with my purchase because I know what I have is very good quality and price. I love wearing them and get so many compliments.

My boyfriend (now Fiancé, whoo-​hoo!), and I decided that we wanted to start looking at engagement rings. Of course we went to the high end stores when we first started looking; Tiffany’s, Harry Winston, Cartier, and the Wedding Ring Shop. We weren’t very impressed with the diamonds that they were showing us and the cost, which seemed unreasonable to us. We were very specific on what we wanted in regards to the Four C’s. We heard some great reviews from others about Diamond Syndicate and decided to check them out. Immediately upon making an appointment with Doran, we were impressed. We were there for over 2 hours looking at all the different diamonds. We had tons of questions and he was extremely patient with us. We had originally gone in with the assumption of just looking at diamonds and finding a band to match later, however soon enough we had picked out the perfect diamond and the perfect band! We wanted some slight changes to the band and he had no problem stating that he could get it customized for us to the exact changes we wanted. I couldn’t believe we were there for two hours, time went by so fast as we were really enjoying our time talking with him about all the different options. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge on diamonds and the quality of diamonds that he had available. When he showed me the diamond that I have now, I knew at that moment it was the one I wanted. I thought for sure the price would be way out of our price range and was even scared to ask. Finally, we had to ask. Low and behold, I was shocked! The price was AMAZING. To get the size and quality of the diamond we got AND to have a custom made band, would have cost about 30−40% more in those high end stores just for the fancy name brand. My fiancé went back the following day and placed the order to get everything custom made and fit for me. During that time I couldn’t wait until I could see the ring all together with the diamond in place. The moment he popped the question and opened up the box, was the best day of my life and the ring couldn’t have come out any more perfect. I am so beyond happy that we went to Diamond Syndicate and I encourage others to not make the same mistake that we did by going to the high end name brand stores first, go to the only place you need to go to the first time, Diamond Syndicate. You won’t be disappointed. I promise you. I always get compliments on how beautiful this ring is and how it sparkles.. .and boy does it sparkle. :)

I wish I could give the Diamond Syndicate more than one review – today I experienced literally the best customer service of my life. After having visited quite literally every jewelry store on Oahu and leaving each frustrated, we spent an hour with Doran and Daniel and we are 110% sure that this is the store for us. All of these reviews mention that they are a «family business», but I feel like they don’t do justice to the term «family». Doran and Daniel were so wonderful and gracious to my fiancé, young daughter, and I that I called MY family to talk about THEM instead of the beautiful setting they are helping us design. My fiancé is very particular, and most other stores were visibly frustrated after her 10^th «no», but Daniel and Doran were extremely gracious and genuinely interested in finding her perfect setting. They were both extremely knowledgeable, but more importantly, interested in educating us on every facet of the process.
Most customers will be absolutely SHOCKED at the prices they offer for such quality, but notice that I discuss that after mentioning the atmosphere and customer service. I could not believe just how reasonable they are in terms of pricing such high quality. You will truly be doing a disservice to yourself and your loved one if you don’t make the trip out to see these guys. In fact, see them after everyone else just so you can see what a massive difference there is between other retailers and the Diamond Syndicate. I sincerely hope that if you are reading this that you give them a call so that you can get the best possible jewelry for the best possible prices with the best possible customer service.

Went to several other highly-​Yelped diamond stores before hearing of Diamond Syndicate through word of mouth. Top notch experience. Stephanie is so easy to work with. She strikes that fine balance between professional and personable. There was absolutely no pressure throughout the entire process, unlike some other places I went to.
She listened to the factors I valued most and helped me by bringing in five oval cut diamonds over the course of several weeks. The oval cut can be a bit finicky because some are more squarish than others. Working with Stephanie, we were able to find the perfect one, with the ratio, color, carat and clarity that worked within my budget. Seems about as rare as the planets aligning, haha.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience. It was my first time ever looking for a diamond ring and I had no idea what I was doing. I went to the popular spots around the island just to get an idea of what was out there. I felt very pressured by these locations to buy the most expensive ring as possible. It took away from the meaning of what an engagement ring meant to me and my fiancée. At the Diamond Syndicate they took the time to teach me about diamond choices. such as clarity, cut and how to see imperfections. With this knowledge, they helped me find the perfect diamond and setting within my budget.
I went to Diamond Syndicate not thinking that I would be buying a ring from them. I just wanted to see what they were all about. During my time there I never felt pressure to buy, unlike some other places. The prices are equal to the mainstream competitor but with my experience the prices were less. It is a family owned business and when you go in to meet with them they make you feel like family. I recommend this place 200% to anyone looking for a diamond and a great deal.

I just love love love my diamond engagement ring. It took less than 2 weeks. Daniel found me the most perfect loose diamond and had it set from a picture I texted him. The best part is it was half the cost of those mall jewelry stores and my ring was custom made to fit my diamond. I never felt pressured to buy. I recently purchased a loose diamond from the Diamond Syndicate and was very impressed with how easy going and accommodating they were, especially Dotan Izakov, one of the sons of the owner, Doran. Also met Daniel, another son who also shared good information. Purchasing a loose stone is a «leap of faith» as you are taking the words of the people selling it to you. after speaking with Dotan and Doran about quality, cut, etc… it was clear to see that they are experts and are honest people to deal with. there was never any hard pressure to purchase; they showed me anything I wanted to see and addressed all of my questions and concerns, and more. I also purchased a setting from a catalog they had; they had it shipped and set using their own jeweler with in a couple of days.
