This place has some of the best customer service I’ve ever received The store was nice and clean and I liked the atmosphere. Upon entering I was greeted by Maria whom asked me if there was anything I needed help with. She was friendly, not pushy and she got me everything I needed. The products I bought were excellent and I will be doing more business with them in the future.

Went a few times and got ripped off every time. Everything is way overpriced, I thought it was an 808 thing. It’s not. It’s a holy smokes thing. I bought a Vape atomizer for dab here and it does not work good at all. Bought it on recommendation from one of the staff, they recommended something they probably never tried before because the product is junk. Returns? I’m not even going to try, because I tried to return something before and they could not explain why it broke, and kept accusing me of breaking it. I gave them an honest answer, which was that it just stopped working, as I was using it. I also told them I’ve spent over $ 1,000 at the store within the last month. They told me I should maybe contact the manufacturer and offered me a measly 10% off of the replacement I bought (yeah it was the last thing I bought there because I really needed to smoke after this). If I had been offered a better discount I probably wouldn’t leave such a horrible review. Beware buyers, if you buy something, they will test it in front of you to make sure it functions, so that when it breaks when you go home, or actually try to load something and use it, it will break, not work well, etc and they will not return it or give any kind of decent discount to replace the item even if you try to go back the very next day. If you shop here, it’s probably because it’s convenient because their locations. Expect to pay 40−60% more then you would at a regular smoke shop (yeah, crazy). I recommend HI supply in wahiawa. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Not sure about their return policy because I’ve never had the need to return anything. Writing a review because I’m never going to give them business again so I don’t care if they remember me.

I’ve been here three times and each time I’ve had a pretty good experience. Staff were chill and helpful. Selection is pretty good, but it is a bit pricey. I’ll definitely be back!

There’s a really big selection available there but the staff (management ultimately) don’t really seem to care and management can be unwilling to refund when a big ticket item sold is not working properly. After spending nearly $ 500 there I discovered a $ 250.00 electronic item was not working as soon as I got home. I called immediately but instead of being told to come right back (1 hour after purchase) I was told to wait until the boss was called. They weren’t willing to refund me and I was about to do a charge back until they called back and SENT ME to their other shop to trade the item for another. If they hadn’t had another working unit I’d probably still be fighting with them and they’d be dealing with a charge back. You folks left me feeling that I was about to suck eggs after I called to tell you sold me a broken unit. If the situation, prior to solution (there was solution), had been handled more professionally and not such in a carefree «too bad for you» kind of kiss off until further notice from your boss I’d have given at least 3 stars.
I wish the first place checked the thing when I told them that the charger looked like it had been re-​wrapped and was not factory. I was told that’s the way the power cords come (re-wrapped)…yeah right. If they had checked It would have prevented from Frankensteining my unit with the one at the other store.
Knowing that if you buy something that’s not working and that they’re hesitant to stand by their product leads me to the conclusion that this company’s ONLY concern is with their bottom line! The only thing they seem to care about is cash from their customer which they won’t be getting from me any longer. Their reluctance to refund a newly purchased non-​working item left a VERY bitter taste in my mouth. If you sell something for $ 250.00 it had better work and if it doesn’t you had damned well better refund customers when they ask instead of being so greedy that you make it very difficulty (possibly impossible?) to get a refund for non working junk.
Please note that I do have a working item now and they did resolve the problem but only after getting me very frustrated. That could have been completely avoided by a little bit of courtesy and basic solid business practices.
You’ll find me down the street in Puck’s Alley at the shop there that cares for their customers from now on. No more BS for me from here. I should have spent the $ 480.00 down the street.

Good prices on everything

So I walked in on a Sunday morning and was greeted by a young gentleman with a mustache who asked what I was looking for today. I explained I was looking for an e-​cig or vaporizer. He walked me over to the counter that stored all the vaporizers and explained the different types. There’s apparently the regular vaporizer that takes e-​liquid and a type of vaporizer that takes a concentrate. I chose the latter because I wasn’t going to mix my own concentrates. I said I didn’t want something bulky so he showed me the thinnest vaporizer available. They had two choices in one type of vaporizer, you could get one vaporizer for $ 50 or a set of two for $ 75. I opted for the two after asking him how long the battery usually lasts and when I would need to replace the battery. He informed me that the battery usually lasts six months to a year but the top section that holds the liquid needs to changed between two weeks and a month depending on how much you use it. Basically the wicks gets over saturated and no longer produce vapor after time so you need to change the liquid chamber. The chambers run from $ 5 – 25 or so, that one that came with my vaporizer is $ 10 to replace. Then we went on to choose the flavors for my vaporizer. They had a deal going for a certain brand that was buy one, get one free and they were $ 10 so I got two for $ 10. And the actual vaporizer set came with one flavor, I chose bananaberry from their selection of about 30 choices. With the bananaberry flavor, they have them stored in these large pour containers, probably because they buy these flavors in bulk. They mix the flavors to the nicotine amount that you want. The sales gentleman then showed me exactly how to use the vaporizers and also tested them to make sure each one charged as it should and also made vapor. He actually filled each chamber for me so that I could test them. Upon checking out, he informed me that the vaporizers are non refundable or exchangeable as we’ve tested all the parts to make sure they work. He did also say that they would try to fix the vaporizer if they could but they can’t replace or return the item.
Great customer service and extremely friendly staff, will definitely be returning for refills on my e-​liquid when I run out.

I found myself in need of some pipe cleaners while visiting Hawaii. (I just needed to clean some goop out of a teeny, tiny piece of aquarium tubing. Long story. Don’t ask.) Where the hell can you find pipe cleaners nowadays? Maybe the tabaccky counter at the drugstore? Hell if I knew. Luckily, we were eating at a restaurant nearby and I saw this place. Holy Smokes? What the… right! Of course, they would have pipe cleaners! And they did.
Lots of interesting smoking equipment in this store. If I EVER had the need for such smoking equipment (which I don’t), I would come here to get it (which I won’t). Lots of glass contraptions that I would have no idea how to operate. All kinds of rolling papers and doodads that would be of no use to me. The young folks behind the counter were very friendly and informative, too. Not that I would need any information from them about anything other than pipe cleaners, that is.
I found the «safe cans» to be interesting. They look like ordinary cans, but the tops screw off and you can hide things inside. However, shouldn’t the beer, soda and food ones be exclusively of varieties and flavors that no one likes? i.e. lima beans, Coors, Fresca, etc. Otherwise, somebody is going to try to scarf them, and there goes your «valuables». I’m just thinking.
Anyway, you can also find Bob Marley posters and t-​shirts here if you need them, and if there’s a leafy décor theme going on at your house, this is this place to go.

Pretty friendly staff, usually have a nice selection of bowls and such. Some are a little pricey but if you search around, there are definitely some deals. Just your neighbourhood smoke shop ;) And a good selection of wraps and papers too! ;)

Hawaiian Holy Smokes is your friendly neighborhood «tobacco» store with an impressive collection of glassware and other miscellaneous products like containers and shirts. Despite hazy looks, the staff is usually attentive, friendly and knowledgable. 18 and over, please.
