Enjoyed an awesome massage with Amy, followed by an Eminence Facial with Ed and a bang trim with Melba! What I love about this place is even though there are other customers there you feel like you’re the only one! Thank you guys, still floating from today’s pampering.

I am never disappointed whenever I go in for a service or treatment. On my most recent visit I saw Liberty who is a new massage therapist. She was awesome. Strong hands and great at listening to my needs and problem areas. Lora provided my facial and she was very knowledgeable and recommend me products as well.
It’s a wonderful place to relax and get away from the stress and worries of work. The prices are reasonable, especially for the excellent service you receive.
I will definitely be going back and telling my family and friends.

My deep tissue massage could be more «deep» but it was relaxing. I’m looking forward to coming back. After I save up money haha

I came here for Valentine’s Day and enjoyed the mommy package that included a 80 min prenatal massage, aromatherapy facial, and a manicure all in total of 3 hours. The package came with a pedicure, but because I had a pedicure just recently they allowed me to get a mani instead. The spa is a little strange that there at two separate parts to it, but it’s clean and nicely decorated. All of my services were great and much needed. The staff was friendly, and I LOVE that they use Eminence products because it’s what I use at home. If you need a nice relaxing day, this place is it. Thanks a lot for my amazing Valentine’s Day!

I went here once a few years ago because someone gave me a gift card. I decided to do a facial. They make you fill out paperwork and write down what you’re using, regimen, etc. I listed all the things I was using for my face at the time. After the facial, my skin was burning and bright red. There was no way I could leave the spa like that. The girl who did my face looked horrified and said I could get a free makeup treatment next door. Back then I was young and naïve. I would have complained about the experience, but I didn’t know any better. Looking back on this now, I only gave it one star because the inside was pretty, but the treatment was a terrible experience. I will never get a facial anywhere else again because of this.

There are times in life when you just NEED to treat yourself. It has been a rough year, with work being so busy that I feel like I should change my address to my cubicle since I practically live at work and I hardly have time to get some me time in because of work… it has been a year not to forget. Because of stress and how I probably don’t sit properly at work, I could feel this pain in my shoulder and at one point I couldn’t take it anymore. I needed a massage. Thank goodness Heaven on Earth is right in town AND they had an opening for a deep tissue massage when I walked in.
When I first walked in, it was about 2 hours before closing. I wasn’t sure if they would be able to accommodate me, but the fates smiled down upon me and they were able to do fit me in for an 80 minute deep tissue massage. I was so excited. I knew I needed a deep tissue massage because I could feel that the pain in my shoulder was probably a knot that needed to be worked out.
When the massage started, the masseuse checked if the pressure was okay. She communicated with me to make sure I was comfortable, which I was. The masseuse confirmed my suspicion — there were knots in shoulders. The massage was just what I needed. The masseuse helped to work out some of the knots in my shoulder and also massaged my neck, back, legs and feet. I really felt like it was heaven on earth.
I haven’t felt so relaxed and at ease in a long time. I can’t wait to go back… but it won’t be for awhile since the massage was $ 118 (tip and tax not included). It doesn’t hurt to splurge every now and then.

Had the most awesome day being pampered. Thank you too all the staff who was so helpful and attentive! Special shout out to my hardworking assistants Norma, Analet & Jaime. You ladies were the best! Thank you for working out my kinks, giving me smioth skin and awesome mani/​pedi. I was literally in Heaven! I can’t wait until my next visit!

Heaven On Earth spa was amazing today! Our boss treated us all to a day or relaxation and it truly was. I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure with Susan. She is really talented! I also enjoyed chatting with her. I had a deep tissue massage with Joe and it was so relaxing! Not to mention, our staff is huge and the staff at this spa was so accommodating and treated us so kindly. We had a wonderful day. Highly recommend!

Sooo first time here… met up with my office girls for all day spa. The owner, Laura was sooo accommodating with fitting all 14 gals on a Sunday! Started off with an ultimate body message by Joe, message therapist. I felt like a big bowl of jelly. Followed by a much needed mani and pedi… orange glitter for Halloween. Finished with a facial by Norma… she even did a few extractions (bye bye blackheads)!! Great day of relaxing and pampering. I will definitely be back for more services.

The location was slightly confusing, since they occupy 2 units in the building but they are not connected. Had a little trouble checking in and happened to catch one of the staff as they were walking back and forth to figure out what I should do.
Otherwise, the services were amazing! I had a gift card for massage, facial, and a mani/​pedi. Usually during massages I’m ticklish, but this wasn’t really a problem for the first time! I was almost put to sleep which has never happened before! I felt so relaxed when I left!

Book Teri… She is amazing I have gone to her now four times for Brazilian wax, eyebrows and lip. She get it right with as little pain as possible. I plan to get her to give me permanent tattooing for my eyeliner here next month. I’m excited and have come to trust her judgement.

I have been going to Heaven on Earth for over 10 years now. Initially, I went to Heaven on Earth for the convenience (right across the street from work), but I soon discovered a multitude of reasons to be a regular. I have been to HOE for several services (hair color, massages, facials etc), but lately I just go for haircuts, and an occasional smoothing treatment or brow wax.
For hair, see Melba. I discovered Melba about 8 – 9 years ago and never looked back. Melba is both professional and down to earth. And she can cut hair! She does exactly what I ask her to and nothing more. She is totally in tune with what I want. She is not one of those stylists that does what they think you should have vs. what you ask for. She gives me good advice and recommendations without being pushy. Besides a really good cut, Melba styles hair beautifully, AND she really knows color. She is also an absolute pro at smoothing treatments! Melba seriously has talent and you will not be disappointed. She is quite busy so plan accordingly! Also, Melba is a master stylist so you are going to have to pay a bit more ($ 65) than a regular stylist ($ 58) but its totally worth it.
For permanent makeup, or waxing, see Terri Goo. Terri has been doing my eyebrow waxing for a few years. She is very gentle yet quick and to the point. I love that. After a couple of years of waxing, Terri suggested permanent eyebrow tattooing. I resisted at first. Terri let me see pictures of her work and I was impressed. The examples she showed me were natural looking, and not too bold. I took the plunge and have not regretted it. She told me it would last about 8 – 9 months before needed a touch up but it lasted more like a year. I highly recommend Terri. She knows her brows!!! I hear she does a great Brazilian but I haven’t been brave enough to try.
For Nails, see Jasmine. I haven’t seen Jasmine in a while because my daughter and I discovered nail wraps, but if ever get another professional mani-​pedi it will be with Jasmine for sure. The facilities are super clean and well-​maintained. Jasmine is professional but very warm and friendly. She is truly an artist and has a steady hand for details. She takes her time and you never feel rushed. She is a total perfectionist which is nice to be on the receiving end of. If you want a quality mani-​pedi, Jasmine is the one to see.
HOE is not cheap. You can definitely get a cheaper haircut or mani-​pedi somewhere else but if you want quality and consistency, check out Heaven on Earth! The staff members go out of their way to be friendly and make you feel relaxed. I always leave feeling stress-​free and so much better than when I walked in. Thank you Melba, Terri and Jasmine! I’m still growing out my bad haircut from NOVEMBER 2014. It was the worst haircut of my adult life, perhaps of my entire life…
I came here because my coworker recommended her stylist. Her new haircut was incredible and the salon is near my work so I wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, when I called a month later, I learned she had left (and probably for good reason, too). The receptionist recommended a different stylist, assuring me this person cut her hair and was amazingly talented.
Holy crap. The process took over 2 hours and I simply asked to have my layers re-​done and thinned. Instead, I basically received 3 ugly-​ass haircuts on top of one another. It was (and still is) uneven, disjointed, and inexplicably awful. I wore it in an updo for months. The only way to have fixed it sooner would have been with extensions. The shortest first layer was so short and chunky that there was really no way to hide it unless I kept it up completely, pinning certain areas.
I need at least 2 more months for the first awful layer of my hair to grow just beyond my chin. So, you can imagine how short it was when initially cut. I am traumatized by my experience and cannot believe the person who cut my hair does it for a living and allegedly has years of experience.
I really debated posting this review since the stylist was a very nice person, albeit is terrible at cutting hair. Since I’m still having to look at it daily I have not been able to get over it, and really wanted to warn anyone debating coming here that they may be in for a horrible surprise. Only 2 stylists that work here, so there is a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance you will understand where I’m coming from after your visit.

First they messed up on our appointments. Luckily someone called to confirm so we caught the mistake and we fixed it. They were not attentive when we arrived. They were confused. The facility was very nice and the ladies massaging us were nice. During the massage they were a little rough and it was painful. After the massage no told us where to pay. We could have simply left. Then the cherry on top was the parking that they couldn’t validate from the building they’re located in. No one told us to park elsewhere when we made the appointment. The receptionists were so nonchalant and unhelpful. Their customer service sucked. Not the best first impression

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Just hosted a bachelorette spa day and could not have been more pleased. Wonderful services and accommodations. Friendly, helpful staff.

This is my 2^nd visit with Kelly and I absolutely adore her! She is very friendly and has a great personality, doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable at all.
Reading certain reviews as far as her breathing technique I find it actually helpful and relaxing. I have gone to 2 other places for Brazilian waxes but this place is by far my favorite her work is very clean and the results are amazing… even when you come back every 6 weeks for maintainence you get the same great results!

My friend and I scheduled a full 80 minute body massage and we both were very impressed with the tranquil ambiance.
I would give it this facility 5 stars for appearance and cleanliness.
The masseuse was extremely attentive and kept checking in to see if the pressure was good and if I was comfortable. However it is pretty pricey $ 130 (including 20% tip) for an 80 minute massage. I still would give 5 stars for the quality of the massage.
As for the staff (Christine the receptionist) I would have to say was extremely rude and made this spa day experience very unpleasant. Obviously if I’m coming to get a massage and I’m paying $ 130 for it, I’m looking for relaxation, stress relief, and to just ENJOY myself.
Instead, I leave feeling angry and upset. My friend and I both had gift cards to use and 1 of them didn’t work. The receptionist was unhelpful and she seemed annoyed and suspicious of us! She attempted to be helpful by calling the manager but made it sound like it was OUR fault that the gift card wasn’t registered and that we were trying to bum $ 50. It wasn’t until we left the facility and called the manager and explained our situation again that this was resolved ($ 50 was returned).
I can go on and on about the terrible customer service we received especially at such a high end facility, which is very disappointing.
FYI: its the customer service that brings people back… especially if you’re expected to pay $ 100+ each time

I’ve been going to Jamie for a Brazilian for almost 2 years now. She’s FANTASTIC! She has such a warm & friendly personality. She tries to get to know you & lets the conversation flow, which really helps the time go by. She really makes you feel comfortable, despite the awkward circumstances.
I recommend her to everyone I know!
