The waiting room is small which works for this business due to the efficiency of the staff and doctors. They have consistently been on time and finish services in the time scheduled, and sometimes faster. They quality of their work is phenomenal and they always pay attention to details, which is excellent when it comes to my teeth. Dr. Jackie and Dr. Calbert both explain everything in detail to you and make sure you understand what is going on. I have had a couple dental emergencies (fillings from an old doctor fell out and a chipped tooth) and they have been very accommodating to my situations.
I have been going to Dr. Jackie Lum for years now and I absolutely love coming here!

Dr. Jackie is a recent graduate from dental school. She has taken up the family practice and works along with her father Dr. Calbert Lum. My last dentist I felt did a very poor job cleaning my teeth, so I was looking for someone else. What’s great is that the office is located fairly close to where I live. Dr. Jackie did a great job and they use all the latest computers and such to take x-​rays of your teeth. So a visit is actually very quick, no waiting for x-​ray film to develop. Both are very pleasant and good to talk to and explain everything.
Additionally, they have these funny panels over the lights all around their bright office that add quite a bit to the experience. One is just of the sky and is a lot better to view than just looking up at a ceiling.
Located right behind the Safeway on King Street, they have a small shared lot. You should be able to easily find parking despite that.

I didn’t want to write this review because he is good busy dentist that hard to get an appointment with.
At my first visit, he pointed my dental work done in over sea.
How does he know?!
Just looking inside of mouth…
I had a chipped crown from the previous dental work from other dentist, he said he will fix it in 30min.
I wasn’t expecting him to finish in 30min but he did it!
In fact, he finished it in 20min, I believe.
