History

Established in 1995.

Slush Puppie Brands has been supplying U.S. and foreign markets with frozen beverage syrup concentrates for retail for over 40 years. Wai’ala Distributors, Inc., a Honolulu-​based, multi-​brand beverage wholesaler founded in 1995, became the Hawaiian distributor for Slush Puppie Brands in 1998. In three years Wai’ala Distributors was recognized by Pacific Business News, First Hawaiian Bank and Price Waterhouse Coopers as one of Hawai‘i’s «Fastest 50» growing companies with an annual growth rate of over 300%. Since that time the company has continued to grow by adding subsidiary Frozen Fun, LLC; its party rental division and The Frozen Fun Mobile; a mobile ice cream parlor serving large parties and events throughout O’ahu.
