I never remember to help any Starbucks. Normally I’m driving, and I try never to text and drive. Starbucks is usually very consistent. My wife and I spend a lot at Starbucks. Usually breakfast for us and our girls and caramel machiatto’s twice a day. Every day. And over %90 of the time the order is correct. Sometimes we get a rude person, but that’s not often. We have been in lots and lots of Starbucks. From here(Waikiki) to New York. Very consistent.

This location is located right outside, but connected to, the Outrigger. Small inside but compensated with an outside patio. The bad side, there is no public parking to just stop and grab a cup. The good side, they are very fast and are nice. Also this place doesn’t seem to get very crowded, which is amazing. And they do have Kona coffee.

Inside is small where there was hardly any or no seating but they have a great outdoor patio. The barista and cashier are just really nice people. They get me in and out with my delicious drink in minutes.

worst customer ever!!! i was waiting in line and someone infront of me needed a change but the cashier named michelle that working on that time refuse to give the person a change since her drawer doesn’t open up but after the person done paying with the order and went to the pick up order line and rest of the person behind that person was paying cash and yes the cashier named michelle didn’t even hesitate to ask that person needed the change since her drawer was already opened. i hate this kind of worker that dont go about and beyond or doesn’t really care what’s really going on about their sorrounding and plus smile when assisting customer. thanks alot! i will not go on this location again.

This location as far as rating is neither positive or negative. I did have an issue last year which was resolved, but it is a location I do continue to go to during my visits to Hawaii. I do have a tendency to go to the one over at the Hilton Hawaiian Village more so than here.

As Starbucks goes… we really liked this outlet #21043. This one is right on the steps leading up to the Outrigger Reef Hotel where we were staying… and across the street from the Trump Hotel. It was a good outlet … fresh pastries each day … fresh bananas … and the usual good coffee. They always had my blonde roast ready to go. The service here was top notch… they were always adequately staffed and ready for the slam of people in the morning. Good coffee and good service… this Starbucks stands above most others.

Pretty much my least favorite Starbucks. Refused to give us venti ice waters with our smoothies and never even called our drinks. Probably because they never got our names for the drink order. They just left them sitting on the counter. Finally I sent my brother to find out where they were. Floors were dirty too. I will avoids this location in the future.

Working across the street at BLT Steak in the Trump Tower, I find myself in this Starbucks everyday(sometimes multiple times a day). Every time I go in there everyone is always so sweet and the ambiance is cozy and friendly. I love the outdoor seating area. The little blonde barista, Jazlyn, is by far the biggest sweetheart. She is always super talkative and sweet(: LOVE this place!

By definition a franchise should not vary much between branches, but there are indeed subtle differences. Here’s my take on Waikiki’s most common coffee shop with emphasis on the facility. The Outrigger Reef: The coziest. Packs a lot into a small space and still creates a comfortable ambiance. Small amount of seating indoors and a few tables outside for people watching. Hilton Hawaiian Village — Penguin Place(Ali’I Tower): Deep in the HHV complex this Starbucks is the roomiest. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, although indoor air conditioning runs very cold. Best for meetings but lacking in atmosphere. Hilton Hawaiian Village — Kalia Tower: More a lobby kiosk than an actual branch. Seven tables outside and hotel lobby on the inside so seating is available. Park Shore Hotel: Zoo end of Kalakaua: Busy and therefore not as well kept. Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center: Lewers across from Beachwalk. Extremely tiny. No indoor seating. Very few tables outside. Best for carry-out.

When in Hawaii– gotta have a THAILATTE! It’s a Hawaii Starbucks thing– not on the menu. But, it’s a latte made with sweet condensed milk. Absolutely fantastic.

Great location right by the beach but they need more outdoor seating. The staff was fast at taking my order and making my drink.

I only go into Waikiki when I have to and today was one of those days. Destination: Halekulani with a stop at a Starbucks. Luckily there was one at the Outrigger hotel, though I wasn’t sure if they accepted Starbucks card, no worries they do(I would’ve walked out if I couldn’t use it, ha-ha). This was my first time using my card knowing I had rewards for free beverages/food. It took a while at the front but it went through. I made sure that I used the reward towards my sandwich, not my drink, because I know what you’re trying to do there! I also remembered why I never go to a Starbucks in Waikiki, they charge more! One of the workers had toasted my sandwich and I was lucky I got there when I did because by the time I was waiting there was a line and one of the workers were asking the other customers to hold on when warming up food items. Now my drink — cinnamon dolce latte, tall. I knew that my order would be coming up after a family and now that I think about it, they probably took my drink! Anyways, I waited patiently for a while for my drink; I even got out my receipt to make sure I had ordered it(which I had). I talked with the lady and she asked what I had ordered which was the CDL. She responded by saying that she remembered making it and added that someone probably took my drink. She made me another one and also added a coupon thing that upon my next visit I can have a free drink. So I guess it works out. I don’t want this happening again!

My friend Amanda U. and I went to the hidden RHSC Starbucks to try out the new refresher. I had no idea there was a Starbucks at RHSC. It’s behind PF Changs. It’s small but clean. There wasn’t a line so we didn’t have to wait. All in all it was a good Starbucks. Must try: To find it.
