I love my chiropractor, but frankly feel a little dumb. 2 visits with Leith & crippling pain in my neck is almost completely gone. Price is right, easiest massage to schedule I’ve experienced in years, so glad I was referred

I’ve been searching for so long… I’ve been to too many massage spas, clinics, resorts. I have finally found my go to therapist! I suffer from chronic shoulder/​neck tension and the technique used by Leith (soft tissue release/​stretch) really did the trick. I usually don’t prefer men massaging me but Leith is professional and not creepy at all :) It’s been a few days since my first massage but I can already feel a difference. He has a small studio in a residential area in Palolo which was clean and relaxing. I look forward to my weekly sessions and I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a «therapeutic» massage– no fluff.

Leith is amazing! I had daily migraine headaches for about 6 months. Went to various doctors and they could not find the cause. One appointment with Leith and he cured me. He said it had to do with my tight jaw muscles and he massaged them for almost the full hour. Low and behold, the next day my headaches were gone. I go to him every few weeks for maintenance so they don’t return and for other aches and pains. I swear by him. He is great.
If you are looking for a relaxing, froufrou massage, go somewhere else. But, if you want permanent pain relief and someone who really knows what he’s doing, go to Leith. He will fix you!

I rarely ever go back to a masseuse, but I’ve been to Leith twice now, in two months. What’s different about Stay In Touch is that it’s therapeutic, rather than relaxation. Honestly, don’t give me a pat on the back, it doesn’t do anything for me. I don’t need the candles, or the fancy schamcy décor. What I need is an elbows in, dig my knots out, and stretch my muscles kind of a massage for my tight shoulders, sore back, and other issues.
Both times, I felt like I was getting more than what I paid for. Leith also offered advice on how to stretch properly, and how to maintain my sore muscles. He’s also super friendly and very attentive.
I rarely review, but I felt that he was reasonable and completely skilled at what he does. I never feel like my shoulders are loose after a massage, but with him, I could feel a difference.

Absolutely loved going to this place! Leith was great! I learned so much because he explained everything he was doing and why. I didn’t even know that I could have knots in my jaw like the knots i get in my neck and back but i did! He asked me about my headaches and whether I clench my teeth, which I do and then he explained why. Did the Soft Tissue Release Trigger Point Therapy on my jaw and it was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend bought me the deal for my birthday on amazon but he scheduled an appointment directly after mine and paid cash and it was still a great deal for the relief we got. He also offers deals year round which you can check out on his facebook page. He is very accommodating and works late on tues and thurs as well as weekends. He also accepts cards, cash, and some insurance providers. We are definitely going to schedule to go back for another visit. Like some of the other reviews say, it is not the stereotypical massage that everyone expects with the oils and the rubbing. But massage has many different facets and sometimes u just need some Soft Tissue Release like that which Leith provides. He was very flexible as I had to reschedule several times due to my sickness and balancing my work/​family schedules but as long as u r courteous and give him notice (i think 24hrs is the most respectful) he will gladly work with you. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! I challenge anyone to go for one session and not be so satisfied that u want to immediately schedule your next visit. AMAZING! My boyfriend and I were raving about him the entire drive home to Aiea and we are still bragging about him to our friends. I even posted a review on my personal facebook page so my friends don’t miss out and can have an opportunity to make an appointment! Straight forward, professional, effective deep tissue treatment. If you want pampering, candles & flowers, this is NOT for you. Office is located in a stand alone air conditioned office/​room on a residential local home lot. If you have serious TMJ and super tight back muscles, you found your answer and a DEAL. Just wait outside where there are a couple of fold up chairs past the driveway on the left, there will probably be someone still being worked on inside.
Leith goes to work on my trouble spots with super firm & lengthy elbowing and trigger/​finger pressing. No pain, no gain in this type of massage. TMJ is practically relieved and back/​spine feels differently. Note: I did experience a light headache from the sudden relief of my super tight TMJ muscles after the first treatment that night, so I know he found the right trigger points. (This is a good thing!) No headaches since then and waking up to looser jaw/​neck muscles.
Wear loose clothing, bring cash and leave feeling definitely more improved than when you first went in. A simply serious massage from a smart therapist, but also with a personality that can make you laugh if you do like to talk.

«Do I go to an acupuncturist, shiatsu practitioner, or physical therapist?» was the question I asked myself when I recently injured my left shoulder. This injury left me unable to raise my arm above my head, and other range of motion movement: getting dressed, fastening my seat belt, and driving became unbearable.
I recalled going to Leith at Stay in Touch in the past for shoulder stiffness and decided to give him a call since I saw a promotion on ncrowd/​Tippr during the week. Upon further research, I read that he can fix frozen shoulder and other chronic problems with soft tissue release. After two back to back visits, I am back to normal with freedom of movement. Leith is knowledgeable and gave me instructions for further at-​home therapy, i.e., putting on an ice pack, helpful exercises, and using a tens machine (cuz I had one available). Leith also explained why my shoulder muscles tightened and the solution was to strengthen (stretch) them out. The first session was painful because of my limited range of motion, but effective.
This is NOT a spa treatment type of clinic. Do not expect a robe, aromatherapy, or a massage with oils. No frills, like mentioned by another reviewer. He works in a very small air-​conditioned office outside of his house, so go with the expectation that he will work on your problem and help you regain health.

Seriously, I don’t want to write a review because I don’t want everyone flooding this guy, but he’s fantastic! It’s a small, rustic operation, it’s an incredible deal, but the technique and quality is on par with massages I’ve had at Waldolf Hotels. You cannot go wrong.

In 3 words: no frills, effective and affordable. You don’t go to Leith looking to be pampered, you go to him to get fixed. His techniques are effective and his rates are super reasonable compared to most massage places. Like his Facebook page to get updates on seasonal rates. There’s discounts for paying in cash.
I thought my hamstrings had just gotten incredibly tight but during my visit, he told me it was an injury. He told me what stretches I should do and that I should limit my activities and stretch every day. He also informed me due to the extent of my injury and me compensating with my calf, quads and other leg, I was getting extremely tight in those areas as well. Once aware, I listened to his advice about stretching and tried to be very careful about overusing my other leg areas. One week later, I admitted I went for a long walk and my quads were killing me. During that second, follow up appointment he was able to fix the initial problem and the new one I had created.
He uses a combination of trigger point to address the knots and at the same time he does alignment correction. It’s a nice blend that I think accelerates the healing process. I actually bought a massage chair but I’m going to continue to go back so he can address my alignment issues and hamstrings because there’s not a chair out there that can do that.
Additionally, he works out of a detached studio alongside his property toward the back. It’s not a spa, it looks like an office with a massage table. There is no ambiance but as you spend almost the whole time face down in a pillow, I don’t think it should matter and when you feel knots releasing it’s amazing.
He does get quite busy so my advice is to book future appointments right after you’re done with one so you can get the time you want. I want my husband to go to to address his lower back issues. Even though I mentioned my legs were my problem area, he did my lower back and advised that the knots there were contributing to my hamstring pain. He’s very thorough, helpful. I highly recommend!

I have experienced many a massage therapist, chiropractor and have had acupunture for my neck, shoulder, lower back and sciatica problems. I have had several sessions with Leith and can highly recommend without reservation, his trigger point therapy. At times it can be painful, but it is up to me as to how much pressure is applied. The great thing is that it works, feeling great! His detached studio is on his residence property, a little goofy but is a great setting for his work.

I took my daughter to Leith for deep tissue massage on a shoulder injury. Leith did a great job breaking up the scar tissue and improving her range of motion. My wife also went to Leith for back and shoulder pain. We are very appreciative of his good work. His prices are very reasonable and he a true professional!

I really got a lot of pain relief for a torn ACL from this trigger point massage. I’ve only gone twice in 2 weeks, but I’m looking forward to some real long-​term recovery from this treatment. A very nice, quiet man who treats from home, professional, good rates. Even shade parking on the side of his house! Totally worth it for chronic pain problems, very pleased.

Leith has been practicing over 20 years and knows his stuff. I go in with severe aches and pains and his soft tissue massage and tigger point therapy alleviates the pain by over 80%. He puts you at ease with soothing music and gives you great day to day advise. He handles worker comp paper work. All I do is go in and get healed.

I have a plethora of health challenges including a stroke at 18 due to a congenital disease so I’ve been to many therapeutic massages in my lifetime to help with the pain and mobility issues I have. I am so glad I found Leith! He helped relieve pain in problem spots the first session we had, he was knowledgeable and addressed my needs with sensitivity and sympathy. The only complaint I have was that the session ended. The 50 minutes seemed to fly by leaving me wanting to return again. I will definitely be returning. It’s exactly what I am looking for — place is nothing fancy, but treatment is effective & worthwhile! I highly recommend it and already told some of my family and friends about it.

Life saver pure and simple. A true professional at his craft. I have been lifting weights and surfing for years and consider myself in good shape. But this latest injury was by far the worst i experianced. It went from my neck down my shoulder and shot to my forarm. It was so bad i couldnt even turn my head or lift my arm to grab the steering wheel to drive. Used ice packs, heating pads and even saw a chiropractor all the while popping pain medication like candy to no avail. Then after just one session with Leith Saiki at Stay in Touch my pain dimminished by 50%.Second session it was 90% gone. His office is a little hole in the wall nothing fancy or elaberate but if your looking for results and dimminished pain look no further. Leith you ROCK!!!

Leith helped my chronic lower back pain. so much coming back before my flight to Los Angeles. Found my first place to visit after my return flight. Leith applied the perfect pressure and was so sensitive to ensuring everything was comfortable. so petfect. I have been to many massage therapist but Leith tops them all. Been going to Leith for years as his skill in combining pressure point therapy with deep tissue massage brings relief and healing to issues that I experience from time to time, whether it be a knot in my neck, or my shoulder blade or lower back. Highly recommended.
