very clean little shop. food is very fresh. but workers don’t care to welcome nor acknowledge me when I walk in… while I was leaving, I said thank you & nobody said bye. low key wish I could have taken my tip back.

Satisfy your sandwich craving ELSEWHERE. Other than a good product for a reasonable price one of the hallmarks to a quality and sucessfull business is among other things, fair business practices, good customer service and consistency. We found none of that here. We ordered (2) sandwich meals utilizing the subway app for this specific location and when we went to pick it up we found that particular store undergoing renovations and were barked at by the contractors that «thats not us» & «to come back tomorrow»! Weve ordered from the app long enough to know that we should have received a prompt notifying the customer that the order could not be accomplished due to store services being suspended. Long story short we went back the next day and was told we couldnt retrieve our already paid for purchases due to the manager not being there till tommorrow! In the end we never got our food an explanation or apology and had to call our bank to stop the purchase. Bottom line. This place, the staff, location and management is garbage and boderline criminal. Dont learn the hard way. go somewhere else. Thanks.

Occasionally, I received such bad service that I’m compelled to write a compendium of how bad it really was. Today I went into subway in Salt Lake shopping center at 10 o’clock to order 6 sandwiches for 12 o clock. Not only did the ladies not start my sandwiches until 5 after 12, but they said sorry as their only excuse. And because I wanted them heated, I did not make it clear to them that they were to start them anyway. Avoid the subway at all costs, because they can’t follow simple instructions. Right down the street to the Navy Exchange and have great food with better service.

Not the best of Subways. Although I can’t say the employees here are actually rude, they certainly aren’t friendly.
I went to get breakfast for my daughter this morning and I found the service to be very slow. Okay, I know it was 8 am but the employees should be awake even if the customers aren’t. The person ahead of me was very specific in his order and the servers just couldn’t keep it straight.
The food was fine so I can’t complain about that. I’m sure that mornings are busy with extra things like baking bread but still, it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. No smiles. No greetings. Very terse questions. For the customer ahead of me it was obviously frustrating to be asked the same question over and over and for the order to still be wrong.
I’ll keep going here out of convenience but I prefer going just about anywhere else.

Good healthy sandwiches. I always get the meatball, crab, steak or Italian bmt. Prices are reasonable and sandwiches are good.

Very rude customer service! Wasn’t greeted when I entered the store and once I ordered she just slammed the bread! How’s that?! Very rude! Don’t want to come here again!

Went to use some coupons. It was difficult to understand the girl that helped us when she asked us questions. She started to put my sandwich in the toaster and I told her that I didn’t want it toasted. She proceeds to mutter that «I asked you if you wanted it toasted and you said yes, you wanted it toasted.» Funny how I could understand that! lol. This subway is the closest to our house but we’ll be driving further to another one that has better service.

This location is always fast, clean and friendly.
The atmosphere when you walk in is very quiet and relaxing, which I appreciate very much. It never seems overly crowded here either. The dining area is always spotless. Also, the staff is polite and sociable.
The sandwiches are always made neatly and they don’t fall apart when you start eating. They aren’t greedy with the toppings and seasonings either, so you are able to taste every ingredient in every single bite. Also, the soups never taste watered down.
Overall, my experiences here have always been positively excellent. This is the best location I’ve been to on Oahu.

I don’t understand the poor reviews. Out of all the Subways I’ve visited, I have always received excellent customer service here. I just went again tonight for dinner and once again I was treated to extremely well made sandwiches (even a flatizza).
In fact, the woman behind me remarked «wow» when she saw the sandwich.
I believe the title «sandwich artist» truly applies to the workers at this particular location.
This store is always clean and the workers are always busy doing stuff like re-​stocking or cleaning when they don’t have to wait on anyone. I’m always greeted pleasantly, and thanked for my business. I have even witnessed them being pleasant to very rude customers.
I have recently been to the one by Pearlridge theaters, and I will never go back to that one again. Girl was rude and I felt rushed. Serves me right for not returning to my favorite Subway store at Stadium Mall!

Point was her attitude, rudeness, and the fact that before I ordered, I asked her if it would qualify and she said yes. I said, really? And she said yes. I have no doube it was not done intentionally to deceive me, but rather a language barrier or miscommunication, however, she was not even the least bit polite or empathetic after. Plus the sandwich was not even cooked all the way through. I have made up my mind on that day, that would be the last Subway visit I would ever make.
It was $ 5 because I decided NOT to spend the ridiculousb $ 2.40 AFTER I had already made my soda… So a cup was wasted, adding senselessly to the landfill. I asked her if I could buy the cup for water, to recycle it and not be wasteful, and she said no, we can’t do that, threw the cup in the trash, and proceed to waste even more plastic by giving me a new plastic cup for water.
Did you know that Plastic, although convenient for cups to hold liquid, as it will not break down, are made of OIL (petroleum). They do not biodegrade either… At least for apptox 1,000 years. If they make it to H-​power, the gas released into the ozone is harmful as well. Try to envision a car engine with black clouds of smoke coming out if the tail pipe.
Besides that, it was 99% her attitude and the way she handled it. I managed a Subway in Corpus Chrusti, and combined worked at various Subway restaurants for 5 years in Texas and Hawaii combined.
I have also been in the customer service industry my entire working life.

I frequent Subway restaurant because they offer inexpensive, nutritious and quick meals. I happened to be on this side of the island and figured I would stop in.
Today I ordered my latest and greatest new discovery which is sooo yummy and different from a «regular» sandwich. I ordered a Veggie Flatizza and added chicken (3.50 plus 1.50 respectively). Other toppings I added were onion, bell pepper, jalapenos, spinach and tomatoes then I ordered it toasted twice for crispiness. All of that nutritious goodness and it only costed me $ 5. WIN!
From the sounds of it parking is hit or miss. I was able to find a stall immediately, right up front on a Wednesday morning.
I appreciate the fact that this location has 8 tables for people to sit at, some of which seat 4, has an open feeling and is clean. I also like the fact that the chips and cookies are well stocked. The workers are friendly, quick, courteous, generous with toppings and seem to greet all the customers as soon as they walk in the door.

Wow… came in just to be a little different for the morning routine, and was greeted by a server with the most sour attitude I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Beyond her sour, short attitude this has been the worst constructed sandwich I have ever gotten at a subway or anywhere as a matter of fact, it was sloppy and everything was just blobed on the bread. From now on I think Jack in the box across the parking lot is a better bet… and that really is not saying much.

Not all Subways are created equal.
I frequent this Subway because it is close to where I work a few days per week.
I usually order the same thing because I enjoy it so much.
Consequently, my order always comes out to $ 6.66.
The owner woman usually notes this and gives me some kind of Christian blessing every time I order.

I am always greeted with prompt service and am always satisfied with the product.
Even though parking is unusual at the Ice Palace lot with every nail shop putting a «kapu» parking sign in front of their little store, I usually find a spot fairly quickly.
On one off day, I went to the other Subway down the road in the Salt Lake Shopping Center.
The same meal there cost me over eight bucks! They did not even offer provolone cheese!
I’ll stick with the devilishly eerie price of my meal at this location, because it is a great deal the staff is heavenly.

Probably the best subway on the island because its the closest to me. I usually go in the afternoon for lunch because the lunch time workers know my order by now and they don’t even ask what I want because I usually get the same thing and very particular on how I want things put on my sandwich. Great customer service at this location

Starving! Usually not a big fan of this franchise but this store in Stadium Mall has won my heart. Fast, efficient, friendly are the three basics in my measurement of good service and they hit all the marks. Subway food is pretty much the same everywhere so it always amazes me when one exceeds the average. Every item was so fresh, crispy and tasty. Even my honey bunny noticed the difference. I will be back soon!

Parking: There is a lot of parking available here.
Service: I NEVER see them smile at all. They don’t seem to be very happy working here. I ordered a chopped salad from one worker and she didn’t want to do it so she had another worker make it. It’s not like they were busy at all, there was another customer besides me.
I only go here when I’m craving for salad or sandwich other than that I rather go to another Subway location because at least the workers there seem happier.

It’s subway, so you pretty much know to expect fast food sandwiches, made your way.
This location is pretty nice. Not too crowded. Clean. Well stocked. (meaning the particular breads and condiments I wanted that day were actually in supply)

Chains are the same; employees make the difference.
The employees at this chain are amazing. They remember your order and they’re really fast and attentive. I always order two sandwiches and they never mix/​mess my order.
When they’re no customers in line, they close the food windows. I’ve always seen them use gloves. The tables and floors are always clean.
If you’re always in a rush just like me, stop by and order your Subway sandwich here. You will not be disappointed.

I usually don’t review chains because they are same! But I had to review this one because this is the WORST service I have EV ER had!
Whatever you do do not come to this one. The people who are there ignore you to talk to their coworkers. When they are actually ready to take your order they don’t ask nicely they say «WHAT YOU WANT» then turn their back on you before you can even order. When the lady did that I waited for her to turn back so I could talk face to face to her the other one started screaming at me because I wouldnt talk to her back. Then I told her I was waiting for her to turn around she continued to scream at me. Finally when I ordered my sandwich they gave me stale bread and it was the worst sandwich I have ever had.
So in conclusion don’t come to this one unless you want to get screamed at.

It grosses me out when I go to a Subway & they dont use gloves. I’ve seen where some of the Subways have new glass covering their food (which is good) but for those without… THEY NEED TO INVEST IN THEM!
Their service is never the best. Although their food is alright, & is not the worst… their service sucks. It’s usually people that barely speak English & don’t understand what you’re telling them. Usually you have to repeat yourself a couple of times.
Even though their service sucks… they’re lucky their food is decent. Otherwise i wouldn’t go.
