We are the only shop that serve shoyu ramen and miso ramen with chicken broth in Shirokiya. If you would like to have traditional authentic Japanese ramen, our shop is best suited to your needs. Chicken broth is needed to be cooked for three hours and we make new one everyday, so we only use fresh broth. With our special home made soy sauce and soy bean paste, we provide mild and savory chicken soup with unique wavy egg noodle. We also have gluten free noodle. Price range from $ 8.8~ $ 15. We are focus on the customer service even though we are located in the food court. Please enjoy our meals. We are looking forward to see you and making ramen for you.

Average taste and very expensive. The large bowl will cost you $ 16.54 total which is way to much for any tan tan ramen. The bowl that it comes in is about five inches in diameter which is equivalent to a kids bowl at any restaurant. The soup base was unique and good however the #1 was suppose to come with extra egg and char siu… no one about the age of 13 would get full from one order.
Go try it since it is a limited time. As of now you have five days left before it leaves ala moana shirokia food court. Pricey pricey but it might have been gluten free?
