Specialties
Tan Tan Ramen is one of our most popular items. It has the explosively flavorful broth soup, which has a mild spicy, sesame favor, accented with choy sum with crisp stalks, and comes with one piece of Char Siu (Slices tender pork). The spice level is on the mild side, order extra spicy if you prefer.
Shoyu Ramen is lighter than the hearty Tan Tan. The broth is a traditional flavored broth with light hints of bonito and tokyo negi that both warm and soothe the local palate.
Our hand-made Gyoza, five jumbo sized to an order, is pan fried and perfectly browned on one side and soft on top.
Chicken Tatsutaage is crispy on the outside and nice and moist on the inside, because the chicken pieces are marinated with fruits and spices then dredges it in potato starch and deep fried.
Ban Ban Ji Chicken is refreshing and tasty, which is cold slices of chicken breast cooked in a sake, scallion and ginger broth then chilled in ice. Served on a bed of shredded cucumbers.
