I ordered a cappuccino, it was Underwhelming after such great reviews but I will try again. It’s good for the area it’s in but I’m used to having Sambalatte in Las Vegas or NYC style cappuccino. Hope it was just a fluke cup.

I love the fact that the curb in in the library at sinclair Library on campus. The line at starbucks at campus center is always ridiculously long, and if you’re deciding to really get any work done it’s a pain to pack everything up and then come back. The curb is on the first floor right next to the bathroom! So you can do a quick stretch use the bathroom and then grab a cup of coffee. They have everything that starbucks has without the line. You don’t worry about loosing your stop, and they’re pretty fast. They have the same menu as the rest of the curbs, and they have a point system as well. When you first register you get 15 points, and 5 points every time you buy something. I believe after a certain amount of points you can get free drinks. They have the full barista set up, which is nice so you can order fancy drinks like expressos. They also have a little bar area, so if you want a mug you can have one and just talk store with who ever is working. They also can do fancy coffee art if you want! Which people deserve after a long day of studying. I don’t know when they’re hours are but they are always open during the day. If you have those long two our classes you can always run to the curb real fast, especially if you have class in hawaii hall and the buildings around there. They also have snacks, like cliff bars and muffins if you’re the type of person who likes to munch on something while you study. It’s also great to support local businesses, so if you get the chance you should try to go to the curb rather than starbucks! And i’m saying this a starbucks gold card member.

White chocolate mocha with soy is the best! It’s better than Starbucks or any other places I’ve tried. All the lattes are reasonably priced and espresso is good quality. Nothing complicated on the menu just simple and delicious! I will frequent here for the white mocha. It was the most perfect thing ever and now I will go home and dream about the next time I will have it. One thing about their cup sizes is that the large comes with standard 2 shots. I recommend you add a shot as the large is just more milk and not more espresso.

This parred-down version of the popular UH-Manoa truck is now serving coffee and tea beverages in Sinclair Library. Located on the ground floor near the elevators, it’s a simple set up meant to appease the daytime crowd. Because it currently closes at 2PM, it might not be much help to those who intend to stay in the library all day and all night. They accept credit/debit cards, which is always helpful, but the drinks aren’t too unreasonably priced. It’s definitely a viable option compared to Campus Center Starbucks, which always seems to have a line snaking out the door, and has been bogged down by inefficient baristas and a persistent refusal to open more than one register as of late. Hopefully, The Curb-Sinclair Edition won’t go the way of the many now-extinct pop-up library cafés. I’m a fan and I’ll be getting my morning coffee here from now on.
