Waikiki Ocean View Condos LLC

What a great value! The place was immaculately clean, newly remodeled and larger than I expected. I’ve stayed at various hotels during my trips out to Hawaii and was disappointed every single time. I’m inclined not to write this positive review just to keep this secret to myself, but it’s simply not fair. Nick was great and attentive. Free wifi and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. This helped us save $$ by not eating out so much. Outstanding.

I loved this place! I stayed here for a week with my Husband and 20 month old, and we loved it! It is in a prime location, across from the Waikiki Shopping Plaza, and in the middle of the strip. It looks a little old on the outside, but it is an oldie but goodie for sure! The restaurant in front (Matteo’s) was still remodeling while we were there, but not to worry, tons of food nearby! We wanted to cook, so we walked to Food Pantry (the local grocery store) and were able to get everything we needed. If you have a car, you can go to Walmart for groceries, and it is much cheaper. :) We went and did the Maui Diver’s tour, then walked to Walmart, which was down the street! It was free! Then the shuttle took us back home!
Anyway, the condo was nice, clean, and had enough supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, towels, beach towels, and beach mats) for the whole week. There is no maid service, but we don’t usuallly have our rooms cleaned until the end, anyway. The bathroom looked remodeled, and was super nice! Who likes to use a run down toilet? Not me, that’s for sure!
They also just installed a FOB system, which is added security for the place! They also have glass doors that lock after business hours.
Nick had met with us to give us the keys and a tour of the place. He was great! Super friendly and extremely informative. I usually have lots of questions, and could not think of one, because he answered them all!
Super nice place, with a super nice price! I have already referred this place to a few friends!

I stayed here for 7 nights during my stay in Waikiki. It is a condo in the Marine Surf Waikiki, which is about 2 blocks from the beach. It is in a great location. The owner, Nick, rents out 4 of these condos. It is more like a studio. The condo was very clean. There was a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker and toaster (I might have forgotten some stuff). There is also free DSL, and a FREE PARKING SPOT! Although I never met Nick personally, he seemed very friendly in communications, and made sure that our stay was great. He provided some beach mats, towels and a cooler (we wouldn’t have lasted without the cooler, ice packs and ice in the freezer kept our drinks cold everyday). You can also use the laundry facilities (but who would want to do that on vacation??) The condo pretty much had everything I needed while staying there and I would do it again. Keep in mind there is no maid service.
