We specialize in all facets of home remodeling and customized renovations, which includes both interior and exterior spaces.

We provide quality, custom workmanship and effectively communicate with each client to meet project goals and timelines. Our personal goal is to exceed the expectations of each client, in every project. We only use state-​of-​the-​art techniques and materials that the construction industry offers — allowing a durable, lasting product. Our team sets forward with a code of ethical building practices, as well as incorporates environmentally-​friendly methods within all of our projects.

Meet the Business Owner

Alastair F.

Business Owner

Alastair is a South African citizen, who relocated to the United States in 2008 after his marriage. He has an extensive career in the building and engineering industries. His experience is vast, which has sculpted strong skills in design, construction and management. He began his career designing/​manufacturing custom surfboards. Shortly after, he was hired to build customized racing yachts. He spent many years in the construction industry, in South Africa, working on a variety of interior and exterior projects. In addition, he owned an architectural model-​building company, which catered to developers in South Africa. These projects lead to his recruitment by a top model-​building company in Dubai, UAE to manage several multi-​million dollar projects. After his contract ended in Dubai, he relocated to the US with his family. He started Forsyth Construction upon his arrival and has been successfully providing excellent service since 2009.
