The 2 stars is only for the 1 lady who did my eyebrows. She was terrible. How can you mess up my eyebrows? Too bad I forgot her name. I will go back and choose someone else or ask for the mirror so I can see what they are doing at all times.

Wouldnt highlight my hair because I am WHITE. They said not only did they not carry blonde highlight but that my hair had not grown out enough to highlight. My hair hadn’t been highlighted in 3 months! My roots were so long, they clearly did not want my «white money» They refused my service, so I gathered my things after they waisted my time with their lack of hospitality and went to Damsel and Blokes, which is the salon I have been going to for 2 years. Great customer service there no matter your race.

I have only been here for eyebrow threading. I try to get Jinan, the other ladies are really good too, but Jinan really takes her time to make it perfect. It is worth the $ 8! I definitely recommend this place.

This place is absolutely perfect. $ 8 for brow threading or waxing. Their service is the best I’ve ever encountered. The ladies make sure you are comfortable throughout the process and make sure you are satisfied with the finished product. I think I have finally found a brows place near my house that I can trust.

They got 2 stars because they are good at threading.
Do not come here for waxing EVER. They are not trained ans not sanitary. I got my arms waxed and can’t believe how cheap their wax and strips are. They fall apart because part of the strip gets stuck on your arm. When they have trouble removing the wax they press hard on your skin and remove a layer or two. This is the first place I’ve ever bled from waxing on my arms.
This place uses reusable applicator tubes with a roller at the end and these are NEVER CLEANED. all they do is put baby oil on there and say it’s clean. They drip wax on the floor, your clothes, shoes, etc. I tried to explain to the waxing tech and to the receptionist, and they just said it happens. They sprayed rose water on my arm and said you’re clean now.
So with the dirty applicators and cheap wax/​strips that remove layers of skin… i guess I’ll just hope the previous customer didn’t have HIV.

Ive been going here for over a year and a half now and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the ladies here! My main eyebrow lady is Rahila, when I first came in my eyebrows were screaming for help, they were sad looking but Rahila trained them over time and got them looking fabulous. When Rahila is not there I also LOVE Sana, she also does great!

Finally, I have found a decent threading salon in Texas that isn’t making me pay over $ 10 for a decent brow thread! I found this location to be well-​located, clean, and the girls were really, really nice. My threader (I did not get her name sadly) was very sweet and constantly asked for my opinion throughout the process, which I LOVED. She even went so far as to sort of debate with me whether or not I wanted 2 small follicles threaded out, which showed me that she was CLEARLY paying attention to the details. I’ll definitely be back here more often, as I’ve clearly been neglecting my precious brows for far too long!
PS: They also seem to have a great Mani-​Pedi deal that’s $ 35, but it’s only on Friday/​Saturday per a sign in the door. Brow threads are $ 8, YAY!

Visited this place on the 17th of July. I had the worst experience of getting a facial done. To start with, the room for facial was just too hot. The lady who did my facial was in a hurry. She knows how to do things, I could tell from the use of her hands but a gold facial worth of $ 70 took 20 minutes. So you can tell the products on my face was just in and off in no time. No massage or anything. I feel I have put my money in garbage. After my facial, I wanted to get my eyebrows done. But she just left me unattendedto attend another client. So the receptionist had to do it. I am Happy with her work. So have one star. Such unprofessional attitude is questionable. I will never go back to this place.

This place is only about 10 mins away from my job which is convenient when I come to get my eyebrows done during my lunch break. I’ve only been here twice but so far so good and I haven’t had any issues. Eyebrow threading is only $ 10 and they are fairly quickly. Since I come during my lunch break they take me in right away
Update: Today I experienced rude service from the receptionist and weird service from the lady who did my eyebrows. I’m a frequent customer that usually comes during the day but I was busy so I came after work. First of all, If I wanted to tweeze I would have done this at home myself for free. That’s why not why I came here. Then as I was leaving I told the receptionist thank you and she just said «hmm. «I’ve never had any problems before and everyone has been very nice to me.

Need my eyebrows done bad but the store I usually go to is closed on Sunday, so I decided to give this place a shot since it’s so closed to where I live. BIG MISTAKE! I told the lady that I want my eyebrow thick, and she end up thinning it up, worst part is she filled my eyebrow in at the end, I was wondering why she took forever. I still went ahead and tip her 2 bucks after for messing my brows up and took time to fill it in? Haha that’s what happened when u r sleep deprived !

Saw kishwar for a spontaneous brow threading. Best idea in a long time. I asked for my brows to remain thick, yet cleaned up. They look amazing. I do not naturally have good brows. But I do now. I will definitely return. Kishwar works Friday, Sunday, and Wednesday.

Holy crooked eyebrows batman! Worst eyebrow threading I have ever received. Won’t even try for a second time. And like another helper said wouldn’t redeem Unilocal $ 1 discount. Shady.
I shouldn’t have strayed from my usual beauty and brow on chimney rock and braeswood. They are awesome!

Other locations charge $ 7 for eyebrows. The Westheimer location charges $ 8.
Other locations give a $ 1 discount for a Unilocal review. The Westheimer location had a sign up that said they would offer a discount for a Unilocal review but when I asked about it, they said no. I pointed the receptionist to the sign that was hanging about two feet from her desk that said writing a Unilocal review on the location would get me a special deal. She acted like it was the first time she was seeing it then said that sign is only up there to get reviews. False advertising? I think so.
It’s not about the $ 1 at this point. It’s about the principle. If you go to this location and you see the Unilocal sign up, I recommend you ask for the discount as well and if they don’t offer it, then suggest them to take down the sign.
Other locations would at least apologize for this. The receptionist at this location seem to not even care.

I absolutely love this place. I’m always in and out within 10 minutes and I always get my eyebrows done my the lady in station 4. She is extremely sweet! I’ve been referring all my friends to this place! Who can beat $ 8 eyebrows?!

I got a great deal on a haircut, deep conditioning and full highlight on groupon. This shop was not busy at all on a monday morning. I called in and they were able to accommodate me pretty much right away on the same day.
The stylist named Mery took care of me. She was very soft spoken and can tell she has a lot of experience. She did a wonderful job on my hair and on my eyebrows.
I will definitely return to this shop for touch ups and haircut.

I’ve been coming here for awhile to get my eyebrows done. It costs $ 8 and I give a $ 2 tip. The people are friendly and efficient. I’ve never had to wait for more than 10 minutes. I don’t have a set person I go to here because they are all great at what they do!
This place is offered exclusively for women so they do a great job at catering to our needs. They also offer other services as well such as manicure, pedicure, facials, haircuts, etc. If you want a quick touch up on something, this is the place to go!
