Amazing Spaces Storage Centers

I have rented with them for over a year and have worked with multiple employees from the office and have nothing but great experiences. The bathroom on site was extremely clean and available to use at all hours the facility is open. I never had any issues getting in or out of the gate or my unit. When figuring out what size unit to rent the employees were extremely helpful and even showed me the different size units.
My dad, brother, fiancé’s parents, his aunt, and few others I know all have storage units here and have never had a complaint.

Do not and I repeat DO NOT lease from this place. The people in the office are beyound rude and unprofessional. When you first go to them they are very nice and will lead you to believe one your unit is secure and has an alarm on it (it does not), two that they understand any level of being professional (they do not). And the corporate office does absolutely nothing when you report to them the type of service you have received. Reporting to corporate office being hung up on when calling to see if the laction was flooded after the major flood Houston had and then laughed at when I called back and told the other employee what happen got me LOCKED out of the facilities. My code didn’t work to get in and out the gate and no one knew why. And by the time I moved my stuff out 3 weeks later it still didnt work. I was giving a corporate employee code. When I contacted them to advise of my move out giving more than the 10 day notice, I got no respone. Three days later I emailed back to assure the received the notice and asked what all do I have to do to complete the move out I was told just come sign a form. Drove 45 minutes to sign the form and was told oh you need to retun the lock and three keys (paid for by you when you sign lease) or you will be charged 10 dollars per key. Asked could I mail the last key and have that form emailed or faxed to me and then back to them (logical right). Nope not an option! Being that I was paid up a full 2.5 weeks before my move out asked could they just credit that to the key charge and I would still mail them the key. Nope not an option you can only sign the form in their office and you can only return the lock and key in their office. The only thing that can be done is to cause me more inconvenience. There are way too many storage location near this place and on Jones RD. Save yourself the trouble of leasing here!!!

We rented a moving truck for 2 ½ days at the price of $ 50/​day with unlimited mileages. That seemed like the better deal, since we were moving locally. My husband said the guy, Mr. Vitale working that day was super nice! He was personable and extremely helpful for what we were looking for!
