Established in 1999.

Criterium-​Farrell Engineers is a member of a national organization of engineering inspection firms owned and operated by local Professional Engineers. Criterium-​Farrell performs full home inspections and structural inspection of homes throughout the Greater Houston area. We specialize in inspections of residential and commercial building primarily during the pre-​purchase process. All inspections are performed by Licensed Professional Engineers.

Pat is the owner and president of Criterium-​Farrell Engineers. He started the company in 1999. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
