History

Established in 1977.

Mr. Givens holds the highest level of Texas Inspector’s License, as a «Professional Inspector».

Ron Givens was a pioneer in the inspection profession was instrumental in getting legislation passed which required licensing of inspectors in Texas.

Conducted and produced thousands of reports personally performs all of the inspections himself, which insures his client is protected.

Throughout career as a Real Estate Inspector, has played many important roles with the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors. Currenty is a Honorary Member Board of Directors. Ronald Givens holds the highest level of member category in TAREI, as a «Certified Professional Inspector» (C.P.I.).

In 1996 I became a Charter Member Board of Directors for the Southern Council of Professional Building Inspectors, Inc. and has been on the Board ever since.
