The owner of Enchanté Day Spa & Salon, Rosila Garoussian, started her beauty career in 1976 in the famous Institute of Carita in Paris France. She started Enchanté over a decade ago, with a desire to bring the sophistication and elegance of French salons, and the power of French beauty secrets, to her Houston customers.

I’ve been going to Enchante for a year and half to get my eyelashes done and I love them. I always get compliments on how natural and beautiful they look. Dina is also so sweet and professional. I highly recommend getting your eyelash extension here.

I have been getting my eyelashes done with Dina from Enchante for about two years now. I have to say she is incredible. Not only is she professional and kind she really knows what she is doing! I can’t tell you how many compliments I get on her work, that I have referred many friends and family members to also get their lashes done by Dina. While the location is hidden and it’s not a luxurious spa, to me that doesn’t matter– I go there specifically for the best quality work with Dina. She is also very flexible with time, she has made time for me early on Saturday mornings at 7am or even late after working hours.
Overall, you will not go wrong with Dina at Enchante! **HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**

I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is inviting & everyone who works here is extremely kind & helpful! I love that they do «Xtreme Lashes» because they look fuller & fabulous! Dina is a delight & Ms. Rosie totally made my day on my last visit! This is a hidden gem among eyelash studios & spas!

Go someplace else for eyelashes. I bought a groupon for a full set of lashes plus one refill. i went to the «spa» and right off the bat the lady tells me how the groupon is bad for their business, but good for customers but so bad for their business. Ok? What am I supposed to say to that? She made me feel guilty. The eyelashes were ok. i noticed a few had already fallen out in a few hours. I went back today for my refill that we scheduled on the first day i was there and now the eyelash lady tells me i have to pay for the refill because its been more than two weeks. She failed to mention that when we were setting up the appt the first time i was here. No where on the groupon does it say that. The groupon even says «refills are typically applied every two to three weeks» and i was back after two and a half weeks. So i told her that and she continued to tell me i had to pay for the refill and refused to honor the groupon. So this place has bad business practices. Don’t go here, there are many better places to go to than this place.

Okay, this was a mistake. I bought eye lash extensions and a refill for $ 99. You get what you pay for here. Despite the location, this is not a real spa. Tucked behind restaurants is a little shack of an old house that has been converted into a not so tidy salon. The front room contains a place where a man cuts hair. A little side room has been converted into a lash room. The woman who did mine was nice (she coos and calls everyone «sweetie» and how everyone is so very happy with what she does), didn’t speak english well, and could not understand the idea of «natural» looking. The lashes added were long and thick and several times she hurt my lid accidentally while doing them. They mostly looked like spider legs in the end, and she didn’t add as many of them as other studios do. I did go for the refill — hoping for a correction. But again, there was very little understanding of shorter and fuller. In fact she told me it wasn’t possible to get a «fuller look» because she had to work off of the existing lashes I had.
Months later, I took another risk on Amazing Lash in River Oaks on a $ 79 groupon deal (a deal they also frequently offer through other means. They were great and I’m still going! You can see my review on that one — but the bottom line is it was indeed possible to get both fuller and longer natural looking lashes.
Bottom Line: There are far better options out there that are equally affordable.

Very pleased!!! I went to Enchante to get eyelash extensions done by Dina. She is AWESOME! Being a licensed esthetician myself, I am always so particular about getting services done ;-) and Dina is VERY knowledgable! She looks at your eye shape and designs the lashes to best accentuate them! She wont have you walking out looking anything less than fabulous & I love that! Just to add icing on the cake, she has such a great personality that i really had fun laying there & chatting with her! The owner Rosie was there as well and she too was extremely welcoming… All around cool vibe in that place. I will be back in a few weeks to get my touch up!

Jennifer Tucker, an Angelina Jolie lookalike gave my mother and I massages this past weekend. I really enjoyed the great conversation during the massage, (she’s someone I’d call a friend). I felt like I was talking to a best friend or family member. She makes you very comfortable. Also, the décor of both her massage room as well as the home is very charming and worldly. I felt at home. I dropped my mother off first and then came back early before my massage. The stylists were very nice to me and held a very nice conversation until I went upstairs to wait/​fill out (1) quick form w/​in her workspace. She’s an independent contractor at this salon, meaning she most likely rents the space. I’m thinking probably others here do too, (stylists, etc.). Thus, they are not obligated to me, but I enjoyed the quick chat w/​her coworkers. I thought the space was awesome and also respected the way she delegated her work. I really enjoyed coming here and recommend her to anyone. The ambience and service is magnificent. It’s very much a ‘French-​enchanted’ forest type of feeling. Also, the house is tucked next to, or ‘behind’ Capones on Mid Lane Street. You park in the parking lot next to Capones and will see the home’s front entrance.
Rosila, the charming French owner called me to thank me for coming in and also tell me about the hair extensions (she does) at a discounted rate, which is great! I had mentioned to the receptionist that I was interested in extensions as I left the business; so I am glad that it was so enthusiastically expedited. I look forward to coming in soon for this too!

They have a great location & a really nice setting but it has so much unused potential. The buildings are charming but older & in desperate need of TLC. Don’t try to walk on the wood walkway in heels because the boards are rotting and I ruined a nice pair of shoes. To me it just takes away from the experience of a nice massage or facial when I have to walk through such a depressing situation that could be easily fixed with some cheap paint & minor repairs. The parking is also horrible.

Bought a groupon for $ 30 Brazilian bikini wax.
I called ahead to make sure they used hard wax — this is a different technique than using sugar wax with strips. The woman confirmed that they did — therefore, I bought the groupon.
I arrived at my appointment and went in through the back door via the parking lot. The floor was dirty with hair all over and was wet — from leaks. There were two employees hanging around in, what I think was the break room, that never greeted me — just kept talking to themselves. I was the only client in the «spa». Spa is a very loose term here.
The owner took me into the waxing room — which has very little privacy. I had to undress in front of her, which made me very uncomfortable. Then she told me that the wax wasn’t turned on. I had to re-​dress and wait for the wax to heat up. Then I realized that it wasn’t hard wax — it was the strips. She apologized but then told me that everything was going to be fine. I don’t think she was experienced in doing waxes — she made me help her which is very unprofessional and also literally ripped my skin off. I was bleeding when I left. She kept complaining about water all over the floor from leaks. It was gross — and to top it off the wax job was done poorly. I have never had such a horrible wax.
Bottom line — this place is dirty, unprofessional, and indicative of a very bad groupon. I called and was refunded directly by Groupon. I also told groupon that I would never return and that this place should be removed from their bank of «daily deals».
I’ll never return, even though the owner kept apologizing and told me that I had a $ 30 credit with the salon. You couldn’t pay me 100 times that to return.

I have been to this spa and salon many times to get a massage from Adan. I can’t stress enough how amazing Adan is. He is the most respectful, professional, and awesome masseuse I have ever come across. I am now a regular customer with him and I am so glad I found a top notch salon/​spa to come to :)

I used an Urbandealight coupon for a $ 25 brazilian wax. This was definitely a $ 25 brazilian wax. I don’t know the lady’s name who waxed me, but I would not pay full price for this service. Maybe she wasn’t as careful because I had a coupon? Who knows. I wanted to try this place because of the coupon. I’ve been to many other waxing salons and have always been happy with my results. I can’t say I was pleased.
Okay the one plus I would give the waxing experience is the type of wax they use. They use natural wax — it’s made from sugar or something. It doesn’t hurt as much. HOWEVER. The lady said this wax won’t make my skin red afterwards. Moments after leaving the salon, my skin was red and irritated. I also noticed all of my hair was not waxed off — which is the whole point of a brazilian. I also had a string of wax on my leg. Oh, and I was telling her the wax was too hot when it touched my skin and she thought I was crazy. It was uncomfortable and it wasn’t until I said it about 3 times she finally cooled down the wax a little. SIGH… I should’ve done some research before I bought that coupon.

Enchante Day Spa is nothing but the BEST!
I came in a few weeks ago looking for a facial. Rosila was so very sweet she raved about how beautiful my hair was .so much that I had to ask her about my eye brows (as she specializes in brows) she didn’t want to say anything… so I asked again so she nicely told me they were TOO THIN. I was mortified! I didn’t think they were bad… I took her word for it and went home to take the necessary few weeks to grow out my eye brows (TRUE STORY). I waited about 5 – 6 weeks. Once they were totally grown in I came in to have her work her magic. 5 minutes later I looked in the mirror and I WAS A DIFFERENT PERSON! Now I don’t have to tweeze so much AND my brows looks so much more TAME! I never thought they could look this GOOD!
