This may be the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. They ruined my two of my shirts — one has black spots on it and the other has a weird plastic-​y mark on it where it seems like they melted the shirt (pictures to come). The woman who took my shirts originally told me that they would return my hangers and that I did not need to worry. When I came back my shirts were all on wire hangers and mine were no where to be found. The shirts came back with sleeves folded poorly leaving wrinkles. I will never ever be coming back to the esquire cleaners and unless you are hoping to get rid of some clothes, You shouldn’t either. It’s astounding that this place is still in business. Poor service and poor value. There’s not much more to say.

Very Impressed. They charged me .99 per shirt with the option for light, medium or heavy starch at no additional charge. I opted for the medium starch as per the recommendation of the super friendly clerk. The medium starch was perfect. The shirt (s) aren’t stiff and remain smooth against the skin. Most importantly, I don’t have to iron his shirts in the morning… that means 10 extra minutes of «ME» time.
