Worst place ever. My family has used this cleaners for years. We switched from MW cleaners because Tip Top was closer and a little cheaper. Sometimes you buy cheap you get cheap. Tip Top destroyed 3 of my shirts. These were good dress shirts in great condition which were a little over a year old. All three shirts were completely ripped at the sleeve in the same spot when I got them back from the cleaners. They told me to speak to the piece of garbage manager Val. When I called the scumbag Val, he insisted that I send those shirts over to him for«inspection», which I did. I had to call him again after a week of not hearing anything back from him. He basically told me that after acknowledging that even though Tip Top destroyed the shirts he refused to reimburse me for them(90.0030/per shirt) or take any responsibility. His claim was that the shirts were too old and therefore it was ok for him to destroy them.(note, the shirts were in great condition and a little over a year.) They had no damage at all before I brought them in. Val said«I know but I’m not paying for it and that is it». He is a real scumbag who has really shady business practices. He figured he could cheat me out of my money. He didn’t count on me doing a chargeback. I went to my credit card did chargebacks and got all my money back from him through the bank. So was it worth it Val? Got hit with 1. The chargeback fees that he now has to pay 2. The hit on his merchant account 3. The multiple bad reviews online and advice to all my business associates to not use Tip Top 4. Losing my business after years of service(I do a ton of dry cleaning every week). That was a lot more than 90 dollars, idiot. 5. The report to Better Business Bureau which now shows there is an alert for Tip Top Cleaners on West Holcombe. Was it worth it Val, you worhtless sack of ****? I am now back with MW cleaners. I should have never left them. They cost a few bucks more but very professional. I go there every week and they dry clean all my dress shirts, pants, suits. Never a problem. I remember a few years ago they called me to inform me that they accidentally ruined two blouses(accidents happen). I didn’t have to battle them. They called me to apologize and asked me «how much were they, we will reimburse you immediately for the blouses and the cleaning bill». That is service. That is why I recommend MW over piece of trash Tip Top. Plus they deliver, clothes are ready next day immediately. When I went to Tip Top, half the time they had to look for my clothes. I was always worried it would get lost. MW, it is a smooth ship. Val, when you run your business like a scumbag, clients leave, they get their money back anyway through their banks, they take their business partners with them, and bad news travels fast. In the end you lose. Scumbag, you can choke on those few dollars you lost from me anyway.

Cheats! I took a dress to be dry cleaned and asked how much it would cost. I was told 13 $. When I went to pick it up they stuck me with a 25 $ bill! The person who told me it would be 13 wasn’t there, and couldn’t be reached, and the person at the counter basically told me if I wanted me dress bank I’d have to pay the 25 $. I’m never going back. I’d understand expensive, but this is basically cheating.

Way too expensive!!! $ 12+ per dress(casual). Never again!!! There are coupons you can print and take at the time of drop off but that’s too much work to just save 20−25%.
