This place is great! I go to Nanu (the lady in the first chair) for threading and she’s great at shaping eyebrows, fast, and not as painful as other ladies I’ve been to. I highly recommend her and this place if you are super particular about your eyebrows like I am. And you can’t beat the price, just make sure you take cash.

They have no value for customers time. Waited for 45 minutes but no service provided. worst experience ever.

I have been going to this place for over a year for threading and waxing. Nanu (owner) is the best one. You can’t beat the price (see price list in the picture). There is a $ 10 min. for credit cards so bring cash if you’re not spending that much. Their English is not fluent and they’re not perfect when it comes to etiquette (Yes you may walk in and not have anyone say «hi» BUT that’s not typical). And I’m not willing to pay more money for that. When it comes to threading/​waxing, their lack of English has nothing to do with their ability to do a great job.
The best time to go is right when they open. For prices like $ 4/​brows, $ 2/​upper lips, $ 17/​whole face etc., this is the best bargain in town. There is plenty of parking. The shopping complex is full of Indian stores (several restaurants, grocery, clothing, jewelry etc.). Safety is not an issue b/​c it’s literally right off 59/​Hilcroft, I usually see a security guard, and there are always plenty of people going in/​out of the various stores.

Horrible service today. Waited as a walk in 20 mins without a greeting at all! Another customer walked in after me, and she wasn’t greeted either. As I left, the guy who was ahead of me waiting said it was going to be an hour. Would have been nice to have at least gotten an update!
Usually the service here is great and the prices definitely are. But they won’t be getting me back. How hard is it to at least say hello and acknowledge customers?

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I went in for an eyebrow/​upper lip threading for $ 6. They’re work was good. Only complaint was that it was very hard to understand their english and several times I had to ask them to repeat; which didn’t help me to understand them better… so I just nod and hope for the best.

This place is way over priced. $ 15 just for a simple manicure. No French tips or anything, just a manicure. The Polish is poorly applied. I have 3 coats on and you can see where each coat is applied. They call themselves a spa in order to jack up the prices but there is nothing spa about this place!

Today is my 5^th time to have my eyebrows done and finally remember to write feedback. Good customer service. I’ve also had facial, mani and pedi done by Amina and was satisfied.
Location is a little bit shady but there is always a security person outside plus it’s next to the freeway. Threading is cheap ($ 4) for good quality. Ask for Amina or the owner. They are good. A lady named Brenda is OK; a little more training and she’ll be as good as Amina or the owner. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.

This review is for eyebrow threading… I haven’t had any other service here.
However, I’ve been there multiple times, and it is absolutely the best quality for the price that I’ve found. They’ve done a great job and only charge $ 4 (bring cash, credit card minimum is $ 10). The ladies are always nice, and the service is fast. I had to wait once, but it was for less than 10 minutes. No problem.
It’s in a somewhat shady area, but it’s so close to the highway that it’s never felt unsafe to me. It’s out of my way to go, but I will continue to travel here for quality on a budget.
