History

Established in 2002.

After working in consumer electronics sales for three years, Tony was approached with a challenge. Clients were wanting a more custom design and install service than what the company he worked for could offer. Tony began to take courses and study proper audio and video installation techniques. He quickly began to be known as ‘Tony TV’. Through trust and refferals given to Tony, clientel quickly grew. In 2002 he registered the business name Fine Tuning Installations. After a few years of doing installations, Tony decided to work for Tweeter, a custom audio video store, and expand his knowledge. Unfortunatly in 2008, after being with the company for three years, Tweeter closed their doors. With a flood of employees laid off by Tweeter and other electronics retailers, Tony felt it was best to go back into business for himself. He then began creating relationships with manufacturers to be able to offer his clients products and installation. The company name was then changed to Fine Tuning.

After being in consumer electronics sales for several years, Tony’s clients began to ask for more cutom installation. The retailer he worked for did not offer that level of service, and so he began to learn to do them himself. In 2003 he registered the DBA Fine Tuning Installations. With the trust and faith of his clients, his work became known and sought after. He then decided to leave sales and work for Tweeter as an in-​home custom installer. There, he was able to expand his knowledge and creativity in electronics installation. Several year later (2008), during the recession, Tweeter went out of business. Tony decided to go into business for himself and incorporated Fine Tuning, LLC (dropping the ‘Installations’). This allowed him to not only offer custom installs, but sales as well. In 2012, he aquired a TV repair company to offer his clients more services. Fine Tuning is now an authorized retailer and servicer for all major brands that offers sales, install, service, and repair.
