The idea for Fix UR Gadget came about in the Fall of 2010 when one of our teenagers came home from school with a cracked iPhone 4 screen. After the fifth broken iPhone screen had to be sent off somewhere out of state to be repaired, a business opportunity was born. It was the frustration with the lack of local resources that sparked the idea for Fix UR Gadget.

Now, four years into our family owned business, we have 5 stores and have transformed Fix UR Gadget into a major player in the industry.

In 2010, my sister and my brother in law came to me with a unique business proposition. They presented the idea of creating a cell phone repair business after their kids had cracked numerous screens on their smart phones. My brother in law, Paul, came up with the concept in January and by August 2011, Fix UR Gadget was a dream come true!

We have been very fortunate to have such a loyal customer base in Houston and the surrounding areas. After four years we have grown our business to five stores. Our new downtown location opened on 9÷8÷2015, in the Downtown Tunnel System @ 1001 McKinney. We are very excited about being more accessible to our customers who are unable to leave work during the week.

Our mission statement is to provide the best customer service in town. We strive to make this our goal on a daily basis. Our customers are the reason we are in this business.
