History

Established in 2006.

I started my business out of necessity when I quit working as a construction manager and a real estate agent for a builder over 10 years ago. I found it even more difficult to find honest contractors that would do the job well the first time when I wanted to remodel my own investment properties. But after some trial and error, I have put together a dependable group of contractors and sub-​contractors that can get the job done at a fair price.
