Both nationally and internationally, he is a sought out speaker for his expertise related to body contouring, liposuction, and the strong safety parameters that guide his work. He specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery with a focus on body contouring, breast enhancement, facial rejuvenation, and options for men.

History

Established in 1991.

As one of the first private plastic surgery practices in the nation to inaugurate its own in-​house research center, the group has been at the forefront of introducing innovative new surgical techniques and safety measures that have advanced and revolutionized the art and science of plastic surgery. Their research has been featured in the industry’s leading publications, including the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, which led the group to receive the journal’s prestigious «Best Article Award» in 2008.

ACPS surgeons have been invited to present their expertise to colleagues at numerous plastic surgery conferences around the world. In addition, as winners of H Texas Magazine’s Top Doc Award and Health and Fitness Magazine’s Doctors’ Choice award for multiple years in a row, their physician peers have consistently voted them some of Houston’s top cosmetic plastic surgeons.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

At an early age Dr. German Newall discovered his passion for the practice of medicine. He was born and raised in Lima, Peru but traveled to the United States as a young man to pursue his dream of becoming a physician. After graduating from Georgetown Medical School, Dr. Newall received general surgery training in Cleveland, Ohio and completed plastic surgery training in Houston, Texas. He knew immediately that he wanted to make Houston his permanent home.

He has been happily married for 25 years, and he and his wife have three beautiful children together. When not performing surgery or visiting with patients, Dr. Newall enjoys time with his family, playing tennis or squash, and riding his Paso Fino Peruvian horses.
