What a great company! I am not one to write reviews normally, but Charles and his team have exceeded my expectations so much that I just had to let people know.
I came to Investment asset group seeking options: I recently fell on hard times and fell behind on my mortgage. I had tried to refinance or even get a modification on my mortgage but no bank wanted to work with me. I did not want to foreclose, nor do anything that would further hurt my credit. Furthermore, I was afraid that if I sold, I would barely have enough to pay the mortgage and not enough to get me into another place I could afford.
So I gave investment asset group a call to see if they knew of any other option… They did! Less than a month later, I am back on my feet and without any foreclosures nor adverse effects in my credit.
