Memorial Heights Reflexology

I chose to come in here because they are open late, which many reflexology spots are not. I’ve been to a couple different locations in the past and have had good experiences, all of which were similar in nature.
The massage therapists here speak zero English, which doesn’t bother me, but it makes it difficult to communicate. I called to make an appointment and they weren’t understanding what time I wanted to come in or that I wanted to bring someone with me.
When we arrived, there was nowhere to park and we had to park pretty far. There are a couple bars in this strip center, so going at 8PM on a Thursday night wasn’t the best idea either. The walls are paper thin, so don’t expect much of a relaxing experience. I could hear the bar’s music the entire time over the actual music inside.
The prices here are also slightly higher than what I was used to for reflexology. Standard is about $ 40 for an hour, but here it’s $ 55 for the hour and $ 30 for a half hour.
The one thing that took me off guard — I came with 2 friends, and they put us all in separate rooms. Which again, is OK, but I wasn’t familiar with this in reflexology. We’re usually in the large room. I was also told to get completely naked which wasn’t what I was used to for reflexology. Every other place I’ve been to keeps your clothes on, so again, different. The massage therapist also got a little too close to my lady parts a few too many times which was just plain weird. I have no problem being naked for a massage nor am I uncomfortable, but just thought this was weird for reflexology.
The weirdest thing… not sure if it was a language barrier or a red flag: My sister asked to use the restroom when we were done, asked where it was, and they pretended like they didn’t know what she was talking about. She asked again, and they told her «no». So… ok? Again, WEIRD.
The massage wasn’t bad and did feel nice, but I felt that the overall experience was off. Wouldn’t recommend this place and would go elsewhere.

After 3 rounds of golf in two days, my back was killing me. I went to Memorial Heights reflexology for a 90 min massage. I know the masseur doesn’t speak English but through signs and gestures she understood and worked my back really well. The place is clean and you need to have patience but for that price you can’t expect a full spa experience.

Very great massage. The most relaxing and refreshing experience I’ve had in a long time, my problem areas with just the right amount of pressure. Not too deep, but not too soft they was very professional, and I felt really comfortable with well, they greeted me right away and made me feel like I was the only one there (even though I was not). There will definitely be a return visit, and many more I hope I definitely recommend this place. Sooooo good

I wish I could give them zero stars, possibly half only for the location. The room smelt like mildew, the massage therapist couldn’t speak English… I mean none! I would ask for a little less pressure or a different spot and we would just make a weird sound and keep doing what he was doing. I opted for the combo and the massage was HORRIBLE. He rubbed my spine so hard the entire time I think I might have to see a chiropractor after this. And the massage he kept doing the same 2 things the whole time. I will not go back and I don’t even know if I’ll get reflexology anymore. Do not go here!!!

Had a foot massage, the lady did a ok job but the chair/​bed kill my back. I left the place with back pain. The price is a bit high too.

Amazing thorough foot massage — I have experienced foot massages all over the world — this is one of the best! The staff is so flexible — they will work with you to combine other body parts in the session. The only down side — privacy and the fact the massage area is constantly being disturbed by the door to the front desk area — perhaps a screen to diffuse the bright light that pours in every time the door is opened?
I highly recommend this experience — the holiday stress is just massaged out of your body!

Highly recommend. Very relaxing. Pricing was perfect, $ 40 for a 70 minute foot massage. They were very professional, and had great customer service. My mother, who has visited many similar places, said it was the best experience she has ever had. I encourage anyone who needs some relaxing to visit! I will definitely be back.

First time & I was a walk in. They were extremely nice and were able to take me immediately. I got a combo and she did an amazing job. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I did not like switching rooms in middle of massage. Messed up my relaxation a bit & made me a bit cold. Massage itself was great! I will be back and prepared next time for the switch of rooms if that’s how they are still doing it. Gave me a bottle of cold water when leaving.

I called 30 minutes prior to arrival and reserved two 60 minute foot massages for a friend and myself. They said no problem and I left them my information and headed over.
Upon arrival they told us they had no appointments booked under my name. I literally just talked to them so this was odd. They said maybe I had spoken to the manager but they didn’t know where she was and she had the phone??? It was all very confusing.
They said they could do one of us at 1 PM and that was their only availability. However, they showed my friend the appointment calendar and there was only one name on it.
Not to mention the staff was sitting in the waiting room chairs relaxing and made zero effort to get up when I walked in. I initially thought they were clients waiting to be seen. One of the employees had her schoolwork spread out all over the entire couch so that you couldn’t sit.
Overall, it was just very unprofessional. I obviously cannot speak about the quality of services, because I was unable to receive them!

Showed up on time for a body massage to find out my appointment was delayed 30 – 35 minutes without notice and I was asked to come back later. I came back as requested and when I was finally taken back to my room, I was left alone in the room for another 35 minutes without any explanation (I started to think they forgot I was in there). Once the massage therapist arrived, she did not ask my preferences or do any kind of consultation before starting the massage. Despite the delays, the massage itself was underwhelming and not enjoyable. $ 60 for a 60 minute body massage was too expensive for the level of service provided.

Great place! We made an appointment for after work foot and body massages. I think the next time I will opt for a longer foot massage only just because I enjoy that much more.
There are two downsides to this place though. There’s a noisy restaurant next door to the private massage rooms so you can hear loud music and conversations. The other gripe is probably because it’s a relatively new business but they seem a little disorganized and it impacts the relaxation aspect. The door from the lobby to the foot massage area was constantly swinging open and the owner (?) had to correct the employees in hushed whispers when we first arrived.
Overall we will absolutely be back and refer to others.

I dropped in for a much-​needed foot massage. My therapist, Juan, was very professional and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance of this place, really clean as other reviewers have mentioned with competitive pricing. The business is new and they strive to please their clientele. After my session I felt reenergized and relaxed. The location is also quite convenient, with a huge parking lot. Highly recommend.

It was fabulous! My hubby and I were holding hands and they even put our hands back together
when they were through with our arms and hands.

they gave us a nice cold bottle of water to help
flush out our systems. When we were leaving they gave us s coupon and asked us to come back soon. It was a great experience! We will be back!!!

I just got a wonderful 70min foot massage with hot stones for only $ 40 and loved it! I usually get full body Thai massages somewhere else but really needed special attention to my feet since I work on my feet a day long… and this was perfect! He massaged my feet thoroughly and also gave me a scalp massage which always feels amazing! I definitely will be coming back.
I had a man think his name was Eric and he was so great, strong hands but not to hard. And amazing prices with very clean rooms.
Bonus, it’s right next door to my favorite sushi spot!
Nothing better on a Friday night than a massage and sushi with Saké!!

Stopped by for a foot massage, got an excellent experience for a great price. They are very eager to make their customers happy.
Whether you want just a foot massage or the full body massage, they do a great job on all. The facilities are new. Some of the staff does have a language barrier, but nothing you cannot get past.
I will definitely be back, probably in another couple weeks after a hard day at the office.

I don’t appreciate businesses that blindly solicit. Ad cards left all over the floor and the cars at the estates.
