Horrible customer service for a high end store!!! I took my new sky walker in that I purchased from Mont Blanc online. I was told by this snooty hourly worker that I had to return the damaged pen back to Mont Blanc online and instructed me on how I was to close the cap on the pen to prevent it from cracking. Duh I own 3 of these pens!!! Mont Blanc online instructed that they are supposed to help whether the pen was purchased from there or not, that didn’t happen. For a high end store they are horrible similar to McDonald’s!!!

I have been a Montblanc fan for many many years and have always enjoyed coming to this location to view the new Montblanc pieces. The staff is always helpful and ready to answer any and all questions.

A high honor and compliment to several written works and collections of personal stories of yesteryears and present are the result of solid intelligence, and creative juices accompanied with remarkable instruments of a strinking pen crafted from hand and ink, its life blood. Rosy and I visited the Mont Blanc retailer today at their Galleria location. After passing through the entrance way, we shared the spot light with this fine and premium organization. MB is a first class world where their culture stems from a long tradition of excellence in encouraging all of us to write and to express our thoughts, emotions and personal story. During our visit, we encountered John. John, an associate, was a pleasure speaking to and helpful to describe their collection. Their works span from classic pens, fine jewelry to luxury leather accessories. Listening to John, you could hear and recognize that quality and perfect craftsmanship creates another world with boundaries that are distinguished with mankind’s partnership with culture and topped with elegance that invites all of us to take part in it. It was a pleasure to visit Mont Blanc — a protrait of style, a culture and writing. MB continues to grow and evolve from a foundation of dedication, passion and ambition. Rosy and I plan to return and when we do, we look forward to our order. Signed, Rosy & Esteban

I just went there to repair my fathers pen and I have nothing but compliments about their staff and service. Very down to earth and respectful.

Excellent customer service — I did not feel hassled while I looked around. Gorgeous and Simple products — The display of their leather, pens and jewelry was tempting. Nothing was overwhelming. The only complaint is their giftwrapping. They are so intricate with the wrapping, that it takes quite a while. I suggest that you browse around the Galleria while they wrap your gift!

Disclaimer: My husband currently works for this boutique. That being said, I was a loyal customer of this boutique long before he started working there. We used to drive into Houston from College Station, just to come to this store. That’s how well they take care of you. A true luxury store can be defined not only by their wares, but by the way they value their customers. And they’re good at that here. We used to work with a wonderful girl for over a year. She always greeted us with a smile, remembered our names and majors, and took time to talk even if she knew we weren’t buying. When she left(she moved to India!), she sent us a long, handwritten letter and encouraged us to find someone else within the store that we enjoyed working with. That is great service that made us feel so appreciated and we knew we’d be in good hands. I have a pen fetish that many of you know about(and mock me for!) and it all started here. They have all sorts of goodies(Fayza happened to find the diamond encrusted one that is gorgeous, but worth more than most cars!) and they do special editions that are great. Their ambassadors(including the lovely Johnny Depp) help advertise the products which help in different charities(the major one being UNICEF). I saw a gorgeous pen in a magazine and ordered it two months in advance – they got it in and I had the first one in the entire state of Texas. I was a happy camper. Even though they’re known for their writing utensils, they’ve really expanded their line to include a lot of other things. Their leather line is great. I have a wonderful business card holder that is in perfection condition even though I’ve used it everyday for the last three years. Their briefcases are beautiful, as are their purses. I gave my mom a small leather credit card holder last year and she claims it has been the best gift I’ve ever given her. They also started a line of purses that are gorgeous! I have my eye on one for Christmas already. The newest edition to their line has been the jewelery. They’ve had great cuff links for a while, but now they have expanded the line to include silver and gold jewelery. Many of the pieces are gorgeous and they make a great statement. They also incorporate the MontBlanc star diamond which is the first diamond to ever be made in the shape of a logo. Even before my hubby worked there, we’d stop by the store about once a week after we moved to Houston. They are always friendly and helpful without being pushy. They have a great return policy and are constantly adding new things(I’m currently in love with one of their fragrances). They often have sale items that are not on display, so ask about it and you can find yourself a really good deal for yourself or for a gift.
