Nizza Mosaic Studio & Gallery

I came here after buying a Groupon for a four-​hour introductory /​beginner’s mosaics class. Turns out, this was actually an 8 hour class that they had to trim down to 4 hours so people could finish in one day. As such, we were able to work with cut glass instead of having to cut it all ourselves.
I absolutely loved the instructor and the mosaic-​ing. I was told, if you want to mosaic everything in sight after the class, then you had a great class. Considering I was ready to take on a patio-​furniture mosaic-​ing project from the inspiration I got (and taking into consideration that it took me 4 hours to complete a 10×10inch mirror), I would say this was a fantastic class!
The set up for us was just coming in, picking out your colors and sizes of mosaic mirrors, planning your layout, gluing them down, and grouting and cleaning the final product. I definitely want to continue mosaic-​ing now after the great experience I had on my first time doing this last weekend.
