Well, sent two items in for mending. Only did one, and the other one wasn’t even being touch. I pointed it out, one of the lady gave me a look, and found a not very matched thread to fix it within one minute. Charged me 15 dollars for one cuff and one hem mending.
Also, wish they can clean their store better as a dry CLEANER…

I agree with the other reviewers: this place does a great job at a good price although they have raised their prices a bit now. But it is still a great deal. I wish these wonderful, hard working people had a better landlord though! The place is kind of a dump… I always feel bad when their AC isn’t working.

I have been using Polo Cleaners for about six months now to get my clothes dry cleaned and my pants hemmed. The prices are great. The clothes are always done on time. I highly recommend this store.

Inexpensive and courteous, I came here because of the Unilocal reviews and it’s become my Go To basic dry cleaning spot.
I was not as impressed with their clothing repair work and I wouldn’t take something here really expensive or something exotic that required specific instructions.
Why then the 5 stars? Because the price and service are great for my typical work clothes and jackets I need cleaned daily. They are always on time and friendly.

Amazing work at great prices! I was charged $ 8 for a jacket (same jacket that another cleaners a few blocks away charged me $ 21 to dry clean) and a pair of pants! Guy that works the counter was very nice.

I have been going here many years, every two weeks. This is a small family owned and run business. The owner Linda and her husband and son are there working every day they’re open. They do outstanding work, and excellent alterations too. Cannot recommend this business highly enough, you will not be dissatisfied.

Can I give them ten stars? Whoa, no joke, these ladies are AWESOME! Tiny prices for great work, what more needs to be said. With almost as many dry cleaners as there are SUV’s in Houston, you have a choice… This little hole in the wall is awesome. Fast, efficient, accurate, low cost and friendly. I have had alterations and cleaning done and I am always 100 pleased.
