Buyer beware!!! Horrible customer service and deceptive practices. I purchased 2 wing back chairs for 375.00. I explained to the sometimes flirtatious owner that I traveled heavily and would need to find someone to pick up. At no time was it stated of a period of time in which the chairs had to be picked up. I returned to the store and my chairs had been resold supposedly but in the same breathe the owner says if I pay storage fees I could get the chairs.
Really! I asked for a refund of my money and never received anything. If a refund could not be given store credit would have been the right thing to do. I now have lost 375.00 and will never step foot in to this establishment. I intern took my business, several family members and friends to Alabama furniture on Yale. They have outstanding customer service, great prices and offer delivery services.
