Steaks are great. Service is always nice. Love going to this place every chance i get. My favorite casual dinner date spot with my girl.

Chose one star because no stars is not an option. Waited 10 minutes for no service. Asked to speak to a manager when we were finally approached. Manager got message and made no effort to address us. On our way out we addressed him. (Mark Shuffield). He made no effort to apologize for the delay. In addition he felt disrespected by us «HIS CUSTOMERS» after we waited 10 minutes and weren’t even offered a glass of water. PLEASE this place and the management is a joke.

First. It seemed nice till I opened the menu. The prices are outrageous. Then this happened…
Strike 1. It took 10 minutes to get service to the table.
Strike 2. It took 20 more to get our food. then it was completely wrong.
Strike 3. It took 10 more minutes for them to figure out what to do.
Strike 4. I finally cancelled the remake and asked for the remaining check.
Strike 5. Some woman manager was screming at the waitstaff becuse he was bothering her while she was too busy to deal with my issue.
Strike 6. It took 10 more minutes to get our check… even tho I did not eat.
My family and I finally got up and headed for the front door when a waitress rushed me with a check. I signed for the $ 43 ticket… for my wife’s uncooked steak ($ 24), and my son’s chicken fried steak ($ 16). They were put into to-​go boxes. I tipped nothing and left hungry. The female manager never came to speak to me or apologize for the poor service, wrong orders, or unprofessional conduct. I will be calling the primary manager in the morning.
Sidenote: My wife ordered a medium steak that came Very Rare… we took it home and cooked it ourselves. Thanks for nothing chef.

Very good sweet tea. Caesar salad was choice. I had the lunch special of shrimp and ribeye. Perfectly cooked med/​rare. Service was friendly and fairly quick. I enjoyed it very much. I recommend it for lunch

Awesome experience a little bit of dinner a lot of drink and a whole lot of laughs. Monday night dinner and the food was great! I enjoyed the service the waiter kept coming and making sure we were great. Even got my friend to join and be apart of the Laundrys Select $ 25 and you get $ 25.

We went here for the first time. The waiter we had needs a lot of additional training. I got here and ordered a beer that took 20 minutes to come… It was a bottled beer. He brought our salads prior to the appetizer which both my wife and I have been servers in the past and NEVER seen that happen. When the manager got there things seemed to have changed but we also feel a good manager would’ve addressed the obvious issues we were having and at least apologized. The food was good but somewhat over priced.

Love this place, like most Saltgrass restaurants this one is awesome! Had the ribeye and BBQ shrimp, YUM!

I have never left dissapointed from here! I have never had a complaint so far in the 3 years I have been going. The food is great along with the service. Dallas always takes care of us and he’s the best! Can’t wait to go back!

Our waiter was amazing. There were 3 in our party and they brought all of our food at the same time and actually set it down all at the same time. It was neat, lol.
I ordered the Chicken Austin with sweet potatoe fries and a Ceasar salad. The chicken had a lot of flavor! The service was great.

Staying at the holiday inn express I read the reviews from chilis and all bad. Decided to try this place and glad I did. Visited at 5:45 on ¹⁰⁄₂₁. Young man waiter (can’t remember name) was great. Ordered the burger with pep jack cheese and fries & potato soup for side. My partner ordered the cheese steak. We weren’t super hungry but left very full. Everything was great and they even gave us traveler drinks to go. He earned a 40% tip. Will eat there tomorrow as well! Manager even came around to ask how we’re doing and multiple trips from the waiter to ask us as well. Great place! Keep up the good work!

We come to this location all the time and have never received horrible service until today. First off, our waitress tells us they were out of appetizer plates so we had to eat our bread in our hands. We ordered Spinach dip as an appetizer. We were wondering why it was taking so long until I called the waitress to cancel it which she then said she realized she forgot to put that order in. She asked if there was something she could do to compensate but I told her not to worry about it. Well, then comes our food. I ordered a New York Strip MEDIUM and when it got to the table, it was WELL DONE. The waitress apologized and sent it back. Well, the 2^nd one comes out and as I’m cutting into it I notice it’s WELL DONE AGAIN! She apologizes again and says she’ll take it back. By then, my son and boyfriend had already eaten not to mention my son was started to get tired. I told her to just forget it because I didn’t want my son to get fussy. Both managers came to our table and apologized. Honestly, I was already fed up and just wanted to leave. This happened to me once before at the Willowbrook location and the manager took the meal completely off our check because of the trouble they had getting the kitchen to get my order right. I was a bit upset that they didn’t even bother to give me a discount or take the meal off. The manager asked if I wanted to send it back. After the 2^nd try, I just really wanted to get out of there. Once all that is over, I give the waitress our Landry’s and credit card to pay the tab. That took literally 20 minutes because she said she needed a supervisor to swipe the card which made no sense to me. Everyone there including the managers just seemed to not care about anything. This was definitely a horrible experience.

Would have been a five star if the manager would have been a manager… the food was good enough, even though there’s an another steak closer… the staff was very attentive.shame. So go to the other steakhouse!

This is my favorite place for a nice celebration with a good steak and friends. We go to this location for family birthdays, Mother’s Day, etc. NEVER DISAPPOINTED. The wait staff are outstanding. Winning combination courtesy and good food!

I love this chain steakhouse. I am not a fan of other Landry empire restaurants (even Morton’s) but this one combines decent, properly seasoned and good beef at the right price.
Get the porterhouse. Get the Wedge. Service has always been great tested over 5 visits. Might go again tonight.

Just went to the restaurant. Was seated right away. Waited over five minutes without a waiter to great us. While 10 waiters were in a circle joking around with each other. We walked out. I’ll never go back. For a steakhouse should never happen.

This is one of our favorite places to grab a bit to eat during our lunch break. There is an appetizer that is a fried pepper with cheese and shrimp in the middle! And of course you can not go wrong ordering any of their steaks! The wait staff at this location have been the friendliest by far. I would definitely would recommend stopping by here at least once.

great place for lunch or dinner. I always come back to this place
