History

Established in 1967.

Ted and Doris Isaacson launched SERVPRO in 1967 as a painting business in Sacramento, Calif. With a background in cleaning and restoration, however, Ted and Doris soon transformed the company into a franchisor of cleanup and restoration specialists.

Established in 2002, SERVPRO of The Woodlands/​Conroe was started as a team of 4 guys and Susan Meacham, the owner. In 2003, they received the SERVPRO Rookie of the Year Award. In 2006, they earned the National and Texas Franchise of the Year as well as The Highest Grossing Texas Office. Since 2002, the owners have acquired 4 franchises and grown their staff and fleet to be «Hero Ready» for disasters ranging from a single apartment to college campuses.
