Sketch By Albert

I’ve been trying to look for a good florist close to my recipients that I can depend on so I decided to go with Sketch by Albert due to the outstanding reviews on Unilocal.While the arrangement was beautiful, perfectly packaged, and was delivered on time as promised, I have to say I was quite disappointed. After a mere 5 days, the arrangement started to wilt. (Yes, I made sure to follow the instructions that was included with the arrangement). I’m not a floral expert, but the Kroger flowers my kids bought are still alive and blooming after 1.5 weeks. Would I go with Sketch by Albert again? Not quite sure. Their arrangement was beautiful, but for the amount of money that was paid, they should have lasted at least 1 week.

I worked with Sketch by Albert in the past and his arrangements are awesome! We did a jungle-​themed baby shower and it was just beautiful.

I’ve ordered from Sketch by Albert nine or ten times in recent years and I am always blown away by the level of service and the end product delivered (and the speed at which deliveries arrive). If you are a man in Houston and you’re looking to absolutely STUN the important women in your life (girlfriend, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, etc.) no one gives you a higher quality product at a reasonable price than Sketch by Albert.
Just today, I placed an order at 9:30AM, and a beautiful arrangement was delivered to a lady friend within three hours. As your average thirty something professional male, I think flowers are pretty meaningless — but there is no denying that what Sketch by Albert does, makes me a believer. The reactions I always receive are well worth the price of admission alone!
Every single woman I’ve had Albert deliver to has been absolutely stunned, and most even moved emotionally by both the arrangements and quality of service. I’ll never understand women, or why flower arrangements tug at their heartstrings… but I do know that Albert is an artist and has it figured out — so I tend to order the «Designer’s Choice,» package and he has never let me down!

Very disappointed in Albert’s work. I liked what I saw on Unilocal and all the reviews were great so assumed I’d get a great bouquet.
I ordered a special arrangement for my Aunt, who was in the hospital. I spent a lot of money to make sure the arrangement would be pretty. I asked for Fall colors (this was in November), but said I just wanted it to look pretty. He said that he’d take care of it, to trust him. Based on what I saw online, I did trust him.
Big mistake. I believe the photo I’ve included of the arrangement says enough. The hydrangeas are so completely out of place, it’s laughable. Anyone with any consideration of floral aesthetics would never send out an arrangement like this.
Look elsewhere! The photos on Unilocal are misleading and they do not have a good eye or taste level. Do not recommend.

I must say that Albert’s designs are one of a kind. He’s so creative… and nice! I just recently did some photography for this business and was very impressed. The shop is so pleasant and it was pleasure doing work for him. I would highly recommend this business. He truly is an artist.

Someone dear to me had a birthday coming up. Being that I haven’t known her that long, I just couldn’t think of anything that I could get her. So, I resorted back to a belief of mine. Every woman should experience receiving flowers at lease once in her life time. I strongly felt that she had never experience it, so I set out to make it happen.
After reading the reviews on Unilocal and seeing such beautiful arrangements, I called Sketch by Albert on Friday. I spoke to Terry. At that time I just wanted to know did they deliver to Humble & what’s the delivery charge. She said let me call you back, I need to speak to my manager. She called me back with the information I requested. Well the delivery fee was kinda high, so I declined delivery. I told her Ill just pick it up. She asked when did I want to pick up. I said Saturday. She said, we’re closed on Saturdays; but I will come in and do for you… I said omg nooo, I can’t have you do that for one lil arrangement. I said that’s ok, I’ll just try you guys another time.
Now I’m back on the search for a florist. Something within me pulled right back to Sketch by Albert. I called Terry back and took her up on her offer… I chose an arrangement posted here on Unilocal.Honestly, I was really skeptical. Many florist will have pictures of arrangements but when you order that specific arrangement; it looks nothing like the picture. I took a gamble. I’ll tell you this, my gamble was well worth it. I arrived to pick up the arrangement on Saturday morning. It was more than I expected. The flowers were so gorgeous. This was the best floral arrangement I’d ever purchased. It was kinda pricey but I firmly believe, you get what you pay for. It was worth every penny… This florist is ways away from my home, but after seeing the quality of the flowers used in his arrangements and experiencing their customer service which supersedes that which I’ve ever experienced with a florist; I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my floral needs. I strongly recommend Sketch by Albert.
O’an, my inner feeling was right. When she received her arrangement, she cried & said «I’m 60 years old today & I’ve never received flowers before this day»

Wow, cannot say enough good things about the customer service Albert provided me after my last review. He emailed me right away and notified me that his web hosting message system was down so he had not received my request. As a way to make it right he offered me a free arrangement. This was honestly one of the most beautiful flower arrangements I have seen! It’s not just an arrangement, its art! You can tell that he really pays attention to the details. The flowers are fresh and he will make something according to your needs. I got the arrangement for my father’s birthday and he absolutely loved it (and my father never really comments on anything… lol). The colors were suited for the occasion. He even provided free delivery which was dropped off in a nice bag. It’s the details that matter and any establishment that is willing to go to these lengths to make it right is a keeper in my book. I will definitely be ordering from Albert for any flower needs in the future! Thanks again Albert!

This is beyond the most best flower shop in Houston. You can never go wrong with a sketch design. I use them for every occasion possible including anniversaries, valentines day, Mother’s Day or just for any special occasion even funerals. They have a uniqueness that is not found in any other flower shop I’ve ever used in the past. their arrangements come freshly packaged in a unique black sketch by Albert tot bag with no extra charge. I definitely recommend this floral shop for any occasion.

My husband ordered flowers for me from Sketch by Albert, and they were amazing. Fresh flowers with the most amazing fragrance and a unique design. The receptionist in my office lobby said it was the most beautiful arrangement she had every seen delivered. Plus, they arrived in an elegant black bag with tissue paper surrounding the vase for easy transport home.

I ordered flowers at 10pm for my girlfriend, they had them delivered by noon next day! She told me that they were perfect and super fresh flowers. They came in a bag like a gift (even though I ordered the one with a vase). Thank you so much for helping my girlfriend stay happy.
P. s. the price is incredible compared to other local and corporate florists.

My sister ordered flowers from here for my bridal shower soley based on the Unilocal reviews. Unilocal did not disappoint.
My sister gave him a budget ($ 100), the types of flowers I plan on using in the wedding, and the color (fuschia). I was so surprised and pleased with the flowers that I took a pictures to show my other florist what I wanted for the wedding. Makes me wish I found this place before I booked my florist. I was totally amazed, and will definitely keep these guys in mind in the future.

This small shop is offering something beautiful and unique for the Houston floral market. Stop by to pick up ready-​made arrangements feauturing European vases, orchids and even cacti. Albert offers a fashionable, up-​to-​the minute interior and displays that will give you a whole new outlook on what floral arrangements can be. There’s not an inch of baby’s breath in this shop, and that’s completely refreshing! He also includes some unique wire pieces in some arrangements. Definitely give Sketch a try if you’re looking for contemporary and truly special floral arrangements.
