Staff is friendly and efficient. I am always in and out within minutes. I have only ever returned packages to amazon here so my experiences are kind of limited, but I have only had positive experiences here. This is my go to UPS store mostly because it’s very convenient and staff is helpful so I haven’t found a reason to go to another UPS store.

It might be strange to review a UPS store, but seriously, I walked in and was greeted immediately. The guy took my printed slip, scanned it, and handed me my tracking slip. Just like that, good to go. My box wasn’t even sealed, so I asked him about it. He said it was no problem. I was all set. Great service!

Great UPS location! Friendly staff, convenient location and good prices on shipping and materials. Parking can sometimes be a challenge since there are so many shops in that strip mall but there’s always a spot somewhere.
